They never shipped my order. It's been nearly 6 weeks, they keep saying that they will, and then simply don't. At this point I would never recommend anyone order from here. Their customer service is laughably bad. I have only received automated replies, and the one time a human contacted me it was to inform me one of my products was unavailable. At which point they promised me a replacement, which has not shipped. By now I am at nearly twice their listed lead time, my order will not be what I ordered due to a stocking issue not listed on their website, and I have still heard no word as to when my order will ship further than a vague "soon" which came WEEKS ago. Add to this I know several others who have had similar orders shipped by them in a reasonable time frame, and all I can feel is intentionally excluded from receiving a product through some strange and indecipherable bias from the company. I will not be buying from them again, and heavily suggest people look elsewhere for a comparable product.
The website is well built so ordering my product was easy, My product was a little later than expected but it was understandable due to outer circumstances. And lastly the lightsaber that I ordered is awesome and is super well built, will definitely order more.

The cost of add-on is a bit excessive. Just give a baseline price and not be misleading. The cost to 'install' a button. 10 bucks. Okay.

Got my mystery box in about 2 weeks, and I'm very happy with it!
Ordered on Feb 18th, wasn't delivered until March 29th. I understand with the virus and everything that things were delayed, so I'm not super angry.
I received my order placed on February 19th but not my order placed on February 18th.
Will definitely be buying another ultra saber! The customer service is great and so are the quality of the sabers! Not disappointed in any means!
Took me weeks to get a single response from multiple methods of communication. I was sent the wrong blade type. I don't think anyone replied to me after about 20 messages and several weeks of no reply. Absolutely preposterous customer service and no excuses are viable for a company that's been around. You clearly need to add more members to the team for customer service.
I am pleased with the 2 ultrasabers that I received a month ago they are brighter than my force fx lightsaber & I don't need batteries!
I understood that I wouldn't get a reply back via email but I was still shocked at how long it took to just change my order. I'm not mad just disappointed and hoping that my saber is worth it
Due to covid-19 it took longer than expected for my saber to ship out but once it shipped I had it in 2 days. The wait was very worth it. It is very bright, very loud, and very high quality.
The emails/phones could definitely be manned more efficiently. I'm still 2 weeks in on an order with no reply. It's bad. Even with Quarantine someone needs to sit decked on a computer to be responding. It would definitely help the business image a lot especially in these times and with the backups!
UltraSabers has amazing lightsabers for great prices. High quality hilts with large variety of options for your custom saber. Just be mindful that their processing time can be long (3-4 weeks) because of high demand. Customer service was very helpful & kind.
This was my first order from ultrasabers, it consisted of one lightsaber, was processed within a day and delivered within a week. Overall I was very happy with this order. I was so happy in fact I placed a much larger order a couple weeks later that consisted four more lightsabers with an additional two for free with their promotion. It has been a month on that order and still is within the processing stage. I don't mind if the process is delayed due to the Corona virus outbreak however I do wish the ultrasabers team had reached out at some point to update us,
Just that I know you guys are busy, but I would like to in the future a possible waiting time

I placed two orders on February 17th and as of now I have only received one of those orders. I sent a follow-up email asking for an update on the second order and as of writing this, am still waiting on a response. The products I've gotten from US have been great but I haven't had much luck trying to get in contact with the company other than automated response emails. I'll give it a pass because I ordered at a time of high order volume and shortly before the Coronavirus got big in America.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
