I've shopped with Ultrasabers multiple times. They are always professional, create a great product, and if there is anything wrong with it, they are swift to fix the issue. I will continue to do business with them in the future both for myself and for gifts for others.
No communication whatsoever, took 9 weeks to arrive after 0 emails. Pretty disappointing because their products are really good
We ordered our saber Jan.30th and have never received it. No emails with tracking, nothing. We sent an email and have had no response. Terrible service. Basically robbed.

It took a while for the lightsaber to get here. But the product is awesome.
I love ultra sabers product but was disappointed when one of my sabers was cross threaded and I did not receive the free initiate blade after placing an applicable order.
It was an easy site to navigate, and I received my product in the expected time range, if on the back half og that range. The product was high quality
The sabers were poorly machined none of the threads screw and even permanently made is so my blade cant be used as i cant use the retention screw. They also didn't send one of my sabers or the coupler and its been a week since i contacted them again after having to do so the first time because my order hadn't shipped a month after ordering.
Great product, but can be difficult to get ahold of anyone physically on the phone, and respose to emails seemed a bit delayed. I have ordered 2 mystery boxes and they arrived within the alotted time. Very happy with both Ultrasabers.
Took way to long to reply and to get light saber(over six weeks)also no one would answer phone or email
It came on time. And I got the color I was hoping for. The hilt was even better because I can make a back story from it for my sith character. Thank you Ultrasabers for a fantastic job.
I messaged many time with no answer the only time I got a message back was when I threatened to cancel and when the light saber came it was a little dirty
The sabres worked and looked great but one has a damaged covertec wheel. As it was intended as to be a gift I had to find an alternative. Then I contacted Ultrasabers to try to fix the problem but had no response and still waiting. Over all I would not recommend buying. There products are good and I believe one of the best on the market but their customer service is lacking.

I love it but customer service bothered me. I haven't been receiving their emails when I send them concerning on orders.
The saber I purchased on their website was exactly as pictured. It works and is easy to use. Their customer service area needs help, though. I never got a response on the emails I sent. Responses to customers are very important. I hope they understand that. I ordered my saber January 22 and received it March 27, in case customers are wondering what the turn around time is.
Great customer service and speedy delivery time
They've always been attentive and courteous and I received quick replies to any questions. Even during the country's supply chain disruption of the coronavirus I received my order in a reasonable timeframe.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
