I bought from several different sites before I found this site and was always disappointed but I have yet to be disappointed by ultrasabers saber quality
Product was delayed, but that's understandable. Really like the product.
Excellent lightsabers that don't use internal chassis from Texas that has less than 6 months of shipping times on average during peak times based on purchasing experience despite an non-communicative and evasive customer service department that leaves customers feeling robbed until the package arrives.

I've been purchasing my custom lightsabers from this site for about 10 years and I'm always satisfied with my purchases.
I am enjoying what i get, but it takes forever to get an order processed and delivered. I also have sent two e-mails about an unprocessed order of mine and have not gotten a response. Other than the auto email.
When I actually made my order for Ultrasabers, it was February 10th. I saw the wait time was typically 3-5 weeks (as they said). Makes sense. A few weeks later, Emory the owner sent out a message saying there were a lot of orders and they're trying their best to get everything done. Also fine. But I received my order on April 5th. It was almost two months! I tried to reach out during this time to check up on the order, but the response was slow. I was lenient only because we had the coronavirus pandemic and also the orders from New Year's. But still, communication would've been nice

It took awhile to receive my lightsaber. I understand high demands or some slow services due to the pandemic of the COVID 19 virus. I was close to getting a refund cause I needed money but the seller assured he would ship. He did and I am happy I got it. Its great work and fun to hang on my belt feeling like a jedi!
Delivery was delayed, but other than that we had a very good experience
I places my order febuary 25th and I placed a second march 3rd, I sent a email asking them if they can combine shipping on the to but I never recieved a reply. Their lead time was 3-4 weeks but I never got a update after 4 weeks untill I emailed them, very specifically making it clear it was a urgent email. Luckily I got a response within 24 hours and they shipped it out within 48 hours of the response. But I hear sometimes they blatantly ignore urgent emails like this and some people have been waiting for 2 months. I initially was going to give them a 3 star but im giving a 4 because im not sure if on purpose, they added a recharge port I did not pay for to my saber.

The product I was given was very enjoyable and exciting for about 3 weeks before it broke, I tried to contact this company not only when my order was in the shipping process (which took about 3.5 months for it to arrive in the first place.) And after the saber had stopped working. I really wouldn't be bothered by the saber not working if the people running this company cared to help me with it and if they wouldn't have ignored my questions during the shipping process. I don't know much about other saber companies but I would highly not recommend this one, the customer service is just a sad joke.
I've never experienced such buyers remorse for the price of the product, the shoddy quality of it and the inexcusable lack of customer service.
Ridiculous.
It was a long wait for the sabers, but it was well worth it.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
