I spent $120 and it took 3 months to even ship out and I couldn't even get a hold of a real person except once and when I asked for a refund they immediately shiped it out the next day. Just too much of a hassel when I paid over $100 just wow
Savers were fine. What I ordered and work fine. The unresponsive phone and email support is horrendous. The worst. When I finally got an email response it was not answering ANY of my questions at all. I would recommend you not buy from such an unresponsive and non-customer focused group.

Took them way to long to reply to me for my order. Order was fine. Had a few scratches but I'm just fortunate to have gotten my order when so many are still waiting. They have a lot of issues and I'm not sure if I will be ordering from them again.
It was my first time I ordered from ultrasabers and I knew it would take a while to ship but once it arrived, the wait was well worth it! I'll be buying another saber in the future!
I ordered a saber at the beginning of the year, and it has been stuck in "processing" limbo for 4 months. I've lost hope for actually receiving it and have written it off as a loss. Every e-mail ignored, every call/message never returned. They took my $200+ and ran away with it.
I am really happy with the products. I think they are well made and are really good looking, they work great also. What i am a little disappointed in is I sent in an email question and never got a response.The time it took to get my stuff was a bit longer which I totally understand some of the parts came from china and with the shutdown it took longer to get. All in all i would buy from them again and probably will when i save enough to get me some more.
I was told the sabers are great quality, but I have yet to experience that, 3 months after ordering. No reply to when I can expect it, and once I did. Which was 2 months ago, I was told itd ship with email in 2 days... that was 2 months ago and none of the above was confirmed
Took forever for my Saber to be completed. Like over a month late. But once I got it, I'm blown away by my Brood Guard. It's great!
I was going to give them 2 stars because their customer service is Garbage! No emails response, no inquiry response, ECT. The reason why I give them 5 stars is because I already knew about this and was very impressed with my Lightsaber. The quality and attention to detail is just impressive, plus I got two extra free sabers on the deal that are awesome. I had to mount them all to wall. Ultrasabers just confuses me. They provide (in my experience) an outstanding product but fail horrendously on the basic "Customer Service". My best advice is to not judge them by their pathetic "customer service" but by their product. Electrum Sabers should train Ultrasabers on that.
It took a while to come but when it did, it was fantastic. It was worth the wait for sure.

Was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks
Received an email after I asked about my order and was told it will ship out in 1 to 2 days
I waited 2 days and reached out to the company.
Now I'm told they don't have any in stock and if I cancel my order, they are going to charge me a 20%
Fee. Definitely not a reputable company

Took a little while but after I contacted customer service they really helped me out I'm very hype about my order and and the free promotion sabers I received will be ordering again soon thanks again ultra sabers

I loved my first saber from Ultrasabers! It had a nice feel to it along with all of the bells and whistles, but I decided to start competing and I didn't want to damage it so I looked for a saber that I could compete with. I saw the Arbiter and decided to take a chance with it. I believe this was the correct choice. The feel and balance where close to just right for me coming from a kendo, kenjutsu background. Though there is no tsuba with this saber I feel the emitter is just big enough to act as a small tsuba. We will find out in July as that is when the state games will be held in Nebraska. Was the length of time a little long for the saber to arrive yes, but considering the state of affairs going on at this time it arrived in a timely fashion.
I have order from here several time and will continue to do so.
Excellent lightsaber company that doesn't install internal chassis located in Texas with a non existent email/phone/Facebook live customer support and shipping times processing in 6 months or less based on experience during economic crisis 2020.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
