I had to wait a long time but it was worth it. The lightsabers are really high quality and I will definitely buy more lightsabers in the future.
I ordered a saber for around $100. Around 4 weeks later I had not heard a word back from them. I emailed and they said they would ensure my saber would be shipped out in the next 1-2 days. Two days later, they emailed and said they were now out of stock on my saber and explained that I had to either wait another month! For my saber or switch the hilt to another specific one. I was not thrilled with the other hilt option but because I did not want to wait another month had to agree. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered 2 sabers on the same order on feburary 20th. At the time of writing this I have yet to get any replies to my emails or calls that was not automated. I got an email stating that I was suppose to have recieved them, and it still shows my order is being processed on the website. They are just a waste of time no matter what anyone else says I will not order from them ever again.
Ordered a product on march 18th for my sons birthday (which now has passed). On initial ordering was told two week turn around on the item. Weeks went by, I wrote and email to then for an update on my order. Joshua responded and said that it will be closer to a four week turn around. After that time had passed I wrote another email. My next response was, "sorry for the delay your order will ship in one to two buisness days". Two days later I got an email stating that the sabre I ordered was unable to be made because they were out of options that I choose and that I could pick a standard item or change my order... I'm a bit confused how they planned to ship my item if it wasn't even assembled. I'm extremely frustrated and will never order from this company again.

My light saber took a month to arrive, Once I got it I noticed that the electronics inside are held together with electrical tape. Not only that, But shortly after getting my light saber it completely stopped working. You would think that for 300 dollars you would get a better product. Ultra Sabers won't respond to my emails or Facebook messages. Please do not buy anything from them.
Preordered the Empress at the end of January and it shipped on a friday and arrived on a monday. I am disappointed with how bad customer service has become, and think perhaps if they are still so behind on orders and communications, perhaps they should stop with the sales for a while.
Their forum staff also allows sexism and elitism, but god forbid you argue against these behaviors or not realize when a member of their moderation team is acting as a mod vs normal conversation.
So i order a saver on Thursday an paid fedex over night shipping which was extra. So i can get it today Monday. As of today i haven't received an email saying it had been shipped so i called them and they don't answer they said the best way to contact them is through email so i emailed them and i received an automatic email saying they are really behind. So if you guys paid for fast delivery don't even pay more they will just take your money. You know they should put it before you placed your order that they are running 3-4 weeks behind. This was for my sons bday present that is on April 21 tomorrow and now what we have to wait for him to get his present. This really sucks. I made my purchase in Feb 18,2020. Today is nine weeks later. I have yet to receive my product after spending over $1000. I've been told twice that my product would ship within 1-2 days, yet here we are.
I was told I had to buy an upgrade because the original part is not in stock. However, I can still go on the website and but that item. Why doesn't it say sold out? I was told 8-10 weeks before they are back in stock.
I continuously receive promotional emails to buy more product, but I can barely get a reply to my emails. Customer Service is atrocious. I really don't mind waiting, but when I spend $1000 I expect to have more communication. 1/10 - would never recommend.

I ordered on saber on February 12 that was in stock and was only a stunt saber. 3 weeks in I emailed them got no response today is currently April 12, over 9 weeks since I ordered my saber and haven't gotten any word on when it will arrive. On their website it still says processing
Recently received a saber. It was nice at 1st, bright, good sound. My son (who bought it with his allowance and birthday money) loved playing it for about 2 days.
Suddenly the LED started flashing - assuming the batteries needed a recharge, we recharged them.
The LED completely stopped working, except for an initial flash of light.
I went ahead and emailed customer service - they NEVER got back to me. WEEK1
I went and messaged UltraSabers through their website - got a response. I was asked to email the video to the same email address that I had already emailed. WEEK2
So - I did this again. And again no response. WEEK3.
I once again messaged via Facebook, after this I finally received a response with some troubleshooting steps. Response at the end of WEEK4
The troubleshooting steps said that I needed to charge the batteries. Batteries were fully charged - still had an issue.
I swapped out the batteries with fresh ones I purchased - still had an issue.
I email back - no response WEEK5
And they still have not gotten back to me. Should have bought the stands because this thing is only good to look at now as it does not function.
My advice - save your money and spend it on a company that cares about their customers.
Honestly - the saddest part here is a 10 year old that just wanted a sweet saber and now is out $300.
I'm very happy with the current conditions going on that my sabers did take long but I understood why and I'm very happy with my sabers.
Products are great, but emails are mostly not answered! Need to greatly improve that!
We received the order after weeks of delay. Order made on Feb 19. March 6 I wrote customer service. They answered on March 23. Offered 20% discount on my next order - sure like i'm going to use it.
Got the package only after a week at the end of March.
My kid ordered a purple light saber we got a red one. Tried to call send an email to customer service. No return so far. Will try to send back the package.

I spent hundreds of dollars on a handful of some pretty basic sabers nearly 4 months ago. The company will not answer their phone, and I was only able to get one reply to an email (which took 6 weeks). They said it would be several more weeks, and that if I was willing to downgrade to a cheaper model (without compensation!) it might be faster. Then they "went dark" again, not answering emails or phone calls. No idea if they will ever send anything, or if this is just a scam. Their FB page is full of excited "customers" bragging about getting their product in 2-3 weeks, and with a bunch of free sabers from a well-advertised raffle - but I have to wonder if these are genuine posters at this point.
Even if they eventually come thru, it was a horrible experience and I will never shop there again. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
I ordered a saber for my sons birthday 6 weeks ahead of time. The site stated it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. After that time passed I was told it would be 4 weeks due to the new movie. After 5 weeks, and many emails with no reply I was finally informed the saber I ordered was out of stock and would take 4-5 additional weeks to get in. I was then offered the option of two cheaper sabers which looked nothing like the one I ordered. I asked for a refund and now they are refusing to answer calls or return emails. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They never return calls and wait a week before they reply to emails if the respond at all. Horrible horrible company.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
