Order arrived past posted lead times. Wrong blades. I haven't had an issue with their customer service until now. Ignoring emails, not returning calls. I contacted about issues with my last order and still haven't gotten any type of response.
Very long wait time for the light saber, I know this because 8 of my friends ordered it at the same time. But at least we know they treat everyone the same LOL
Shopping was easy and fun. I can't wait to give my hubby this saber which will be a Christmas gift!

It was very difficult to contact and speak with a representative and took about two months to process my order but when they shipped it it only took about 6 days and I'm beyond happy with my purchase

Really great product and information about your products. Delivery time was quite a bit longer than advertised or expected. Communication was also very slow, but other wise good.

I had a slight issue where I forgot to apply the free initiate code to my order. I emailed and asked that they do this for me. Never heard back, but they did in fact do it because the extra initiate saber came with my order. The lack of response and long wait times are bothersome, but overall, not too bad because they always take care of the order and issue eventually, with perfect resolution. I guess it just takes faith, which I'm willing to give after 3 great batches of orders from Ultrasabers. :)

Due to the situation that's going on around the country of the shipping was a little slow but they were very courteous in understanding and explain everything. The sabre I ordered was absolutely amazing and has been put to a lot of great use. I will be ordering from them again
Everything is easy and intuitive. Very pleased with the process. Now, I`m just waiting for the product to arrive.
Got the saber in 2 months but there was a reason soo ok. The saber was ok and had a decent quality blade, just don't forget to peel off the film from the stand parts
When I placed my order it said i would have it in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks it still said processing. I started calling, no response. Then I started emailing, after several emails I got a response saying it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. That's what I was told 3 separate times. Eventually I did get the sabers I ordered but had to go through all this hassle first. I will not order from them again.
Abysmal customer service. They get your money the moment you order but they apparently don't feel obligated to respond to emails or give realistic updates. Ordered in February with an estimated lead time of 3-4 weeks. At six weeks I got a single response to an email that promised my order would ship in 1-2 business days.
At 10 weeks later I'm running out of patience. I don't mind a long wait, but I need clear communication and I don't want to be lied to. The company is still continuing to offer crazy sales and incentivizing people to buy, but if they're so behind maybe they should stop sales and catch up before swamping themselves again?
A truly incompetent business I will never return to.
Products are good, but I'm bothered that I payed a bunch extra for 2 day shipping and got my purchase 2 months later. I asked for a refund for the extra money I spent on shipping and after months and multiple emails trying to reach customer service they finally responded to say that the 2 day shipping is after the build and assemble the product. My advice is just dont pay for faster shipping because itll be a few months regardless.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
