Quick, simple easy to navigate and choose options, produccion delays can't be helped especially in these times, thank you for the free shipping.
Understanding that they are a busy company the overall sabers are AWESOME! The only issue I had was that they do take forever to get to you. But they are great none the less.

Ordered my saber and after 5 weeks it hadn't shipped. I contacted them and they responded within a day. Apologized because they were backed up and shipped it next day. Even gave me a 20% off coupon. Very helpful. Lightsaber was wonderful and quality was great. Very pleased.

Company needs to work on inter-office communication and more accurate time frames but the sabers are awesome and worth the wait. We have enjoyed our outdoor family lightsaber battles after dark and have actually had people slow down that we're driving past to say how cool they looked!
I placed my order with you guys after checking out a few custom saber producers. I found that your prices were better despite being in the states and chose to go with Ultra Sabers, also after meeting some of your people at a convention last years I was convinced that I had to add a custom saber to my collection. (currently rocking a Kylo Ren Black series, Luke Skywalker, Master Replicas, and Darth Maul Black series) and after making all of my selections your company delivered the perfect saber. High Quality, detailed and everything I asked for.
In many ways the saber has higher quality sounds and lighting than that of the newer Black Series sabers.
My one and only gripe was the lead time and what seemed to be a computer generated response when I sent an inquiry email. The lead time itself was raised to 8 weeks and I didn't receive my order until mid-April.
Overall, in the chaos of a pandemic stricken work you guys did deliver, and will be where I place my custom order for my Son's saber once he fills out his reward chart.

Your website was very misleading. It said max 3 weeks to ship the order took 8 weeks to complete. I understand if demand is high just educate your customers properly ahead of time. Your customer service was awful. I could only contact you via email. More false expectations were set in the responses I received as well. My concerns felt completely ignored. My order wasn't accurate either. I ordered a quick disconnect and didn't get it. Your one saving grace is that it the saber is a quality product, it is much heavier than expected but that's not a big deal. It looks great! I also love the Obsidian v4 sound board.
Our first order from US. The sabers were delivered quickly and in good shape. I ordered 4 Mystery Boxes and got a free Grab Bag. My only mistake is that I didn't get a saber for myself (which I just fixed by making another order)! This has been the BEST investment for family time we have made. We have had the sabers for 2 months and they get used almost every day (more than video games, movies, and board games). Thank you Ultrasabers!
Product is very great, but came to me messed up.
Waited a really long time for my lightsaber to come in. Your lead time is 3-4 weeks. I waited almost 2 months before I received it.
The site is pretty streamlined and ordering wasn't a hassle. I also liked that every choice was explained well.
It would be nice to have a single place with clear descriptions of the differences between various options.
Love the product but the facts it took 2 months was kinda annoying. Definitly understandable due to the Carona virus but the parts that were not in stock should be labeled out of stock on the website.
Absolutely fantastic will not be the last lightsaber I buy from Ultrasabers quick delivery from the US to the UK too, can't ask for much more than that!
