I had ordered a mystery saber with guaranteed sound about a week before the corona scare and have yet to recieve it. I have been patient and hope that it comes soon. It has been over a two months now. I have also yet to receive any email answered.
The site was easy to navigate and easy to find
I had a lot of issues, first it stopped working after one week and the batteries burnt my hands. Second I sent it back for repair but I added an upgrade, I recieved it almost a month after and it didn't have any of the upgrades. So I sent it back and after about 2 weeks I finally got it back, but it was missing the pommel. I am currently waiting to get my pommel back. Because of the issues and hastle I went through, I will never purchase another lightsaber from ultrasabers.
Overall worried during delivery due to the coronavirus, and because of the stress it felt as if the staff was deterring. This is the first time I have received and Ultra saber, so I cannot compare.

You guys have got to be easier to contact, customer service is key, and I and many others have gone in answered, I was lucky I was answered on my 4th try... FOURTH! It should be the first! I am now waiting on another order I place 03/13/20, my last order took a week, this one is now taking so much longer
The site was easy to use, there wasn't a whole lot of information available to me once I actually put in the order though, once I finally did get some information it came within the window.

I purchased my light saber at C2E2 and I was really happy with the quality and value of the one I purchased. The booth was swamped with people and wait time was long but it was definitely worth it. I was glad I got mine the first day of the convention because the rest of the weekend the lines were even longer.

Overall it was a good experience. Just not thrilled that when I picked up my saber, the pommel on my saber was missing and the employee who was helping me had to take one from another saber to complete my saber.
I understand that UltraSabers is extraordinarily busy, and I appreciate them working through this health crisis and continuing to process orders, HOWEVER, the biggest issue I see online in forums and reviews is their customer service or lack thereof. Their failure to respond to customer emails and phone calls is completely destroying their previously exemplary reputation. I am a BIG UltraSabers fan, and I hate to see the complaints from other customers trashing their customer service. I would like to see better attention to customers on an individual basis, not just automated FB messages and blanket apology emails. Also, non-customized orders that have not shipped or are out of stock entirely should be able to be cancelled without "restocking fees". That's also just good customer service.
Otherwise, UltraSabers is definitely the best. NO OTHER sabersmith gives away HUNDREDS of FREE sabers to their customers every year in raffles or makes info videos for each and every one of their sabers!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
