It took a LONG time to get the saber. I know we are in strange, challenging times right now so it is understandable but it's very hard for a 10 year old to wait until late April to receive their main Christmas present. Great product, he was super excited during the unboxing and even made a YouTube video of it.

Late delivery but once contacted Ultra Sabers did a good job at delivering a soon as possible. I have friends who ordered sabers the same day and still haven't received them and haven't even gotten an email response.
Was overall please with my ultra saber,just had an issue with the set screw not being long enough and make the blade wobble while swinging it.

The service charge was completed and the work was done well. However, items were missing from my order that were requested and discussed in emails with the customer service rep.
I was assured that the item would be included in my order, however it was missing on arrival. I've reached out via email and phone calls at least a dozen times since the order was delivered, but I have not had any response in 7 weeks. The order was delivered on March 9th and the first email was sent on that same day. It is now April 29th and I have still not heard back from Ultrasabers regarding the missing item.
I've emailed 3 different Ultrasabers email accounts and have gotten zero response. Usually I'm a very happy and satisfied customer with Ultrasabers, but this time I'm very disappointed. The lack of response has been very frustrating and unacceptable.
I love my lightsaber it's everything I wanted in my first one! The only thing was slow delivery but it understandable! Overall great experience
The products are great in every conceivable way. But they take a while to get shipped and their customers are not given any status updates to be found other than the all-encompassing "processing" that lasts for 2 weeks on average. And then suddenly it shows up at your door. Makes gift arrival surprise planning a bit of a pain.

Great durability and hilt style, only disad was there were signs saying we could upgrade the mystery box sabers. But the staff denied that was what they said and any upgrading.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
