It took a month a half to arrive but atleast I got it now.
The only downside was the delivery time. The lightsaber is what I paid for but more and its sturdy enough to be used against others with an ultrasaber
Very well done product. Love the Saber. Could be just mine, but getting the battery/controller out of the hilt is a little tight and a pain. Have to pry in at both sides to get it out which risks scratching. Other than that hiccup it's altogether a great product.
I got mine at C2E2 and am a very big dude who tends to abuse my toys. These suckers take it! The only gripe is the batteries in the hilt will vibrate out of place because of the impacts but man, I love my ultrasabers!
Some confusion, but overall okay. At one point 36" blade length was standard, then on another route with the same saber, $10 extra.
When we got the saber, the batteries started showing signs of wear in a day, so it wasn't clear whether fresh batteries had been installed before delivery.
Still, very satisfied with the product. We ordered another one (along with a solid pommel for the first saber). Looking forward to it!
While the service charge work I had requested done was completed, there were items missing from my order when it was delivered. Items I was promised would not be excluded or forgotten by the customer service representative.
The order was delivered on March 9th and after having sent out over a dozen emails requesting support regarding my missing item, it is now April 29th and I've received zero responses.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated by Ultrasabers' lack of customer service during this time. The extended lead times because of current events are understandable, but almost 2 months without any response regarding my missing items is unacceptable.
I have given Ultrasabers over $700 worth of business in the last 3 years. To be ignored like this when items I paid for are missing from my order is completely disrespectful, especially as a multi-repeat customer.
Product was exactly what my son wanted and he loves it. Delivery on the other hand took forever.
Very happy with my saber
I order this saber to help make a fan film of my ceration but sadly due to covid i cant film it but it did give me time to make ajustments to my scrip but the sabers realy cool and my actor is thrilled to hold it once this is over and we can get started on this film

I love the website and how easy it is to customize my saber. I do wish there was a way to preview how the saber looks at the end.
Bad wiring in last saber was very dissapointing your resistors are very poorly placed and iv had to fix 4 of my friendssabers as well. Shipping with this order was even more of a hassle. Id be curious to know if ordering individual parts and self asembling would be faster. But two weeks passed a 4 week lead time was ridiculous. And almost missed the birthday that i ordered this product for in the first place.
I know with the whole corona virus the lightsaber would be late but an ETA on how long it would take would have been great. I had to go on reddit to see how long it took others to get there's
The package was missing the tool that is needed to replace the wand.
Best lightsabers in the galaxy. Thoroughly tested and did not break. Was twirling one 6 feet in air and it hit the asphalt very hard. No dents, turned on just fine. Would recommend to anyone
Overall great experience. I purchased mystery boxes and I am never disappointed with what I receive they are all high quality!
These were fir my son he is absolutely delighted with the products. We expected that during Covid they may not arrive but they did. It was quick and they all look great.
