I ordered the Guardian with an Emerald v4 sound board. My shipment arrived within three weeks. The saber has even more features than documented. I'll have to figure out all the options and functions.

High quality product, prompt delivery
This is our 3rd saber from ultrasabers and the quality as always is great. The original saber ghat we ordered ended up being out of stock but I'm happy with the replacement.
The sabers are great my son loves them will b ordering another one soon they r well made light up real bright as u can see on pic we've bn dueling since we got them took a little while to get but well worth the wait

I was promised a product and the delivery continued to be delayed. I was asked them to change my order and then when I tried to cancel I was told I would need to pay 20% fee. I agreed to one more week. Still nothing and now they will not reply to my email. I have never had such a horrible experience, not to mention this was my sons only bday gift and now still no Sabre.
I pay for extra fast shipping still takes over a month I E-mail customer support and they never respond. Ive bought 4 sabers in 5 months from you guys but the customer support is terrible. If I find a similar product somewhere else I would shop there just because the customer service here is so bad. Ive probably emailed you all 3 times for 3 orders never received a respinse to any of those emails the product is always beautiful 5 stars for that
We got 4 lightsabers from there and they were all great. My only issue was the late responses, and Fedex's crappy shipping, go with usps

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
