I'm new to the site but I can say the products are reliable and durable might be a tad bit of expensive side but the durability is worth it I took a week or two for my products to arrive so the shipping was good I will order more Air Force One can only order a little bit at a time
The product is gorgeous, and precisely what I was looking for; however the instructions for the software were a little confusing, and there was a month long period of no updates on my order so I wasn't sure if my order was actually being processed. It took a little over a month for the delivery. Aside from a the long processing/delivery time with no updates, I am very satisfied with the service.
Your site needs some work, and an easier way to contact someone at your company to ask questions.

It was easy to find a hilt. Then the question to make sure you get exactly what you want, was easy and understandable. Great experience.
First saber purchase from any manufacturer. Drawn to Ultra Sabers (US) based on some initial good reviews and several unboxing videos. US has an effective marketing strategy that utilizes tiered promotions and a loyal core fan base. I made a $1,300 purchase in order to take advantage of a promotion offering 4 free sabers. While the unboxing had the desired impact on my son, some of the charm was lost as issues with quality control and craftsmanship quickly became apparent.
One of the reasons I placed such a large initial purchase was the appeal of the "Frankensaber" - a completely custom free saber earned on purchases over $1,200. On inspection, it's obvious that this is just a random assortment of used/returned/flawed components that couldn't be used in the regular offerings. In addition to numerous scratches and a broken pommel, three prominent grooves on the hilt (normally used to secure other components) were filled with some sort of pink-ish epoxy that was somewhat sloppily applied, still tacky two weeks after receipt, and aesthetically inconsistent with the rest of the components (heavy, dark, menacing). Yes, it was "free", but not quite the expected enticement conveyed in marketing copy.
Another major claim is that their sabers are "combat-ready", yet a component (emitter spike) of my son's saber ($600 regular offering) wasn't pressed in well and came off while handling out of the box. Another (different) spike came off in the same manner while lightly sparring. An email to the company has gone unresponded for over a week. I make some allowances for impact of COVID and claims of high sales volume, but doesn't feel like the company is scaled/scaling to levels of quality and service that are today's table stakes.
Overall, cool products for collectors or as cosplay props, but flawed experience due to poor quality control, mildly misleading marketing and performance claims, and limited customer service.
Still, can be a fun purchase if you manage your expectations.

Wonderful sabers! Only difficulty is researching all the options. If you are a first-timer at buying sabers then definitely ask a friend their opinion on options before you purchase. Bought this blue one with sound for a friend and I bet he'll love it.
Shipping took forever. Something like a month and a half. They said that it might take two weeks. That might have been because of the global pandemic, but they didn't communicate about it at all. The product is incredibly nice and I am happy with it, but they should have at least sent an email that said it might take a bit longer than normal.
Didn't get wat I ordered due to them "running out of stock" But they sent a decent substitute and the shipping holy F 2 months looong to me guys way to long.
The shopping experience included lots of information to explain each detail along the way.
We did have concerns about two sabers and their loss of sound quality after the first week. I have yet to contact ultrasabers about this but will do so in the near future.
Great quality saber to play around with. Can't beat some of the price points.
The website is very easy to navigate. Creating a lightsaber is extremely easy and everything is very well explained.
The order took a while to process. I placed my order on March 2 2020 and just received it today (May 1 2020).
I did contact them once at the three week mark because the original lead time was three weeks. Their response was fast despite everything going on and explained that with them being overwhelmed with orders, the new lead time is 3-4 weeks. I waited and still got no update. I contacted them again on April 27 2020 and they informed me the failed to get the order out on time and made sure my order shipped the next day.
When I received my saber, the batteries were dead (no biggy). I also noticed the blade was slightly bowed and scuffed up and the hilt was also a little scuffed up.
Overall I am still happy with the product. I would definitely order from ultrasabers again. But I wish I had more faith in the processing time. But I understand why things take awhile.
Can't wait to order saber number 2 from you guys.
A very well made saber, although the sound can be really loud at times
The product is amazing. Absolutely love the light saber. Unhappy with the lack of communication from the company. It took just shy of 2 months to receive my purchase and that was only after I contacted them. I received an automatic email within a few hours of sending mine. It said they were behind on orders and shipping was slow due to covid-19. Which is understandable except I made my purchase on March 2nd, about 2 weeks before most states started shutting down. The next email I received was one stating the order was fulfilled and being shipped with tracking info. It is upsetting it took so long to get here. I thought I had order in enough time to be given as a gift to my husband for our anniversary. It's 2.5 weeks late.
I was satisfied with the saber that I got and it looks very beautiful every time I turn it on

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
