Ordered a stunt grab bag saber, took over 5 weeks to recieve. Got a 20% code as a sorry. Then rush ordered a phantom saber staff black and silver LE cyan blade color. Recieved cyan bladed SILVER AND BRONZE finished LE version, fault in mini usb port of both sabers (bent) and broken battery holster (cracked where speaker is attacked allowing battery to pull away from "-" contact spring. I tried to contact ultra sabers 2 MONTHS ago. 5 emails and no reply. I have since been forced to void my own warranty and fix myself as I feared I had otherwise wasted $750+ cad otherwise. Poorest customer service I ua e ever seen in any company online, small or otherwise. Products normally good but your screwed if they screw up.

I've been waiting to make this purchase for a couple months, and I'm so excited to be ordering it today. Hope shipping is not too slow, but the process of ordering was simple.

Overall great experience. This is the 3rd saber we've gotten between me and my son, and they all have been excellent. Only downside was delay in order, but that was due to them getting many more orders than normal as it was shortly after Christmas and the release of the latest Star Wars movie.

I sent an email to support to check the progress of my saber, and the only response i got was the automated oned saying it'll be 3-4 weeks. It took 8 weeks for me to get my saber. I emailed support 4 times and not once did i get a response

When I received my saber it was everything I wanted and I am happy with my order I wish I really had opted for flash on clash and recommend it for anyone getting sound, I've had 7 sabers from ultrasaber and I love all of them

A bit of a delivery delay due to the Coronavirus crisis, which is perfectly understandable. The sabers themselves are fantastic. Good attention to detail! Will definitely buy a couple more now that I see the quality on even the less expensive sabers.

My son loves his ultrasaber! It took a month to receive it but it was worth the wait! Now ALL my boys want one!
I'm very happy with my Crimson Fallen. It is exactly as advertised. The sound is super loud, but can be adjusted if you want it softer. The blade is bright with excellent effects. The grip is very tough on bare hands, but is AMAZING when using gloves. It doesn't slip at all even when performing high speed spins. It is a bit heavy and a bit thick, but is very well balanced to compensate (the balance is right at the emitter). The "control box" can sometimes get in the way a bit and gouge your hands. However, this is also mitigated substantially when using gloves. Like most Ultrasabers I'm confident that this will hold up well through years of heavy combat. The emitter does offer some hand protection during combat. Overall, I'm very happy with this saber.

It took two months to receive my order, I sent 2 email inquiries with no replies, and my order was fulfilled incorrectly with missing items. I emailed again finally hoping for a response.
When you order from ultrasabers you get more than you expect. When I ordered my first light saber back in December there was a major delay due to backlog with the new movie, games, etc. As long as you're very patient you'll get some of the best high quality light sabers on the market.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
