I think the product I received was very high quality only reason I didn't like it was because it had no sound and that was my own specification and fault. The time was the only problem but it was well founded for as covid-19 was a problem. Customer service was excellent they pretty much got back to me as soon as I sent the email.

Terrible customer service 0 communication
After waiting for my order for 4+ weeks and $325 I was sent the WRONG saber! Emails and messages all ignored. No reply until I filed a claim with Paypal! I ended up keeping it and removing the ugly red anodization and customizing it, but dont expect any customer service without serious pushing.
I even tried to upgrade (and spend more!) on one order and NEVER got a response of any kind!
Order processing takes a long time.
Had a great experience and will be making more purchases.

You really have made a long time dream come true! I own my own Lightsaber! Now I can study and train to be a jedi. I was concerned about the delivery time and it came within the time frame I thought, even with social distancing.

I ordered several mystery box sabers and absolutely adore them. They are definitely high quality products and a great price.
The delivery took a month but they gave me a code for 20 percent off my next purchase and they were very good with responding. I'm thinking of purchasing more but I'm not fully sure yet. The sabers were also very nice and durable.
I ordered 4 grab bags lightsaber blades 2 of them did not have the film in them. I emailed numerous times. I called the number in the "contact us" left message and no response... not sure if I will order from them again. But the saber I ordered with them came perfect. Very happy with it
Ultrasabers is where I bought my first lightsaber and since I've purchased 3 more. Bright sabers, good quality, at a great price! Do yourself a favor, if you go with sound Diamond set up all the way.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
