The saber is perfect but you can't wait 6 weeks to receive it
With the order I placed on March 7th, everything arrived, but it took 6 weeks instead of the maximum of 4 specified on the website. I never received communication from ultrasabers saying it would take longer, nor was there anything posted on a website. An ultrasabers order I placed on March 14 arrived a week before I received the March 7th order. That shipment was missing a blade plug. I have sent an email about three weeks ago and another a week and a half ago, but have received no response
Ordering process thus far has been simple and guides provided gave good information on details available.
Ordering was quick and easy. The sabers did take a little over two months to ship, but they are an excellent value for the money.

My only complaint would be some small blemishes in my blade upon arrival, but after contacting them, they were quick to send me a replacement. Overall, a great, high-quality product.
It took a long time to ship my order and I had to contact them to get it shipped, but I understand that due to the coronavirus that they are backed up.
Took way longer than 4-6 weeks for my son to receive his gift. Couldn't find any tracking information. Contacted CS and they did respond. My son loves his lightsaber so that's all that really matters.

My grandson is very happy with his light saber it has great craftmanship and was delivered promptly, The only customer service issue was I had emailed about the status and had not heard anything back but I realize it was the COVid 19 pandemic perhaps and the business office may have been closed, I will order things and now my son in law is interested in having one. LOL
Overall it was a nice and simple transaction and wait time.

Product arrived on time and as advertised.
Due to demand one of my Sabers was temporarily out of stock, I was contacted about substitute Sabers. However I decided to wait and get my selected Saber. Also, I was in contact to alter the colour or my Sabers which was an easy process. The delivery time was okay despite the overall demand at the time.
Really good service would have liked a few more updates on the status of the build be great service and great end product
Overall a good experience, the stand was broken so I emailed and finally after about a month or so I was contacted and a replacement is en route.
They gave us little upgrades for free which was nice but my set screw for my blade was tightened so far in assembly that it twisted and I am unable to remove the blade when I tried to as soon as I received the saber. My free initiate was everything I wanted which was good tho
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
