I love my Menace CE staff! It is fully operational! My only gripe is that the adjustable coupler I ordered didn't come with the allen wrench.
The saber is absolutely beautiful, took a little extra time get to me but no fault on there end, fed ex took an extra 4 weeks o get to me but ultra sabers customer service was great.
My son loves his saber! Long shipping time, but it was worth it.

I purchased a Ultra Saber diamond controller Lightsaber, and it is really good quality. Nice work done. In addition, they have good customer services that rely my emails. It took a month from my purchase to arrived at my home.
The lightsaber is amazing and exactly what I bought, but the battery holder was a bit broken. I was able to tape it together to fix it though. The order took about two months instead of one, but that is reasonable because of the whole coronavirus situation.

I ordered my saber back on Dec. 19th, 2019 and didn't receive my saber until April 2020. They were "Out of stock" on the saber that I ordered even though it didn't state that it was out of stock while I was putting my order together. After I finally got a reply from one of their reps they told me I could change my order, or wait for the parts to become available, so I decided to wait for it and wait I did with no updates to when this was actually going to happen. One of the ups is that they added the vented hilt that wasn't available when I placed my order at no extra charge and gave a 30% discount coupon for my next purchase which I appreciated greatly, but will probably never purchase anything from them again after the next issue as you will read. Then I waited and waited and waited with no updates from them. Finally it was shipped out to me. However, once I received it there were scratches all over the hilt. I have reached back out to inform them that the saber has notable scratches all over it and haven't heard back since. It has been over a month since I emailed them twice about the scratches. I am assuming that they are not going to get back to me at all, so I will never purchase anything from them again. Very disappointed to have waited so long for a product that came damaged. If I pay over $400 for something I expect it to come in new and undamaged condition which this saber did not. :( It is a solid product (less all the scratches), but the customer service has a long way to go in timely responses and taking care of damaged products.

I tried over 20 times to contact someone from support to get updated tracking info. I was finally provided a 'firm' ship date, which was missed. And no one would respond to me.
The savers are better than combat ready, they are toddler ready! We love them so much and look forward to more purchases. The lead times are longer than posted always so don't be upset about it! They are worth the wait. Thank you Erin and most of all Emery for making Saber dreams a reality.
I received my ultrasaber for my son the only downfall with my order was the amount of time it took to arrive but ultrasabers did me right and gave me a discount on my next order due to the delay the quality of the sabre is amazing and my son loves it.
I'm very happy with my double blade apprentice saber- I choose half green and half amethyst violet. I'm a little surprised by the color of the violet- it's almost totally blue with a tiny tint of purple when the batteries are fresh and when the batteries started to die, it turned a deep red color.
My order arrived in May 2020- mid covid 19 craziness, so I take the lack of customer service with a grain of salt. I ordered the sabers on March 7, and got them on may 3- almost two months when the wait time was listed as '3-4 weeks'. I emailed twice at the end of April because I was moving in May and wasn't sure if the sabers would go to the wrong place, but never got a response back.
Overall- impressed with the quality and craftsmanship, underwhelmed by the communication.
I went with the mystery box. It met expectations. Wasn't blown away but thats the fun of the mystery box.
I honestly think that saber should have better ergonomics for the hand. The downloading of the software was very daunting, in that you had to research to get your saber updated correctly. The menace CE is constantly a problem when removing the pommel to update info and or recharge batteries because of the shortness of the saber. 1/2in to 1 inch. Some extra time on the design would've eliminate that jamming of the wires every time into the saber. I also had to get a brass brush to clean out the thread that had metal shaving. I think it had to do with the quick disconnect pommel. I cleaned the thread and the threading works fine now. The Dimond controller has awesome sound and responds very well to movements on the Dominix V3. I enjoy the feature of just changing fonts at a flip of the wrist. Great job. Very intense sounds.
Other than the order was extremely delayed and they saie they would ship it out snd send FedEx confirmation number in the ne t 1-2 days which never happened... then contacted again. Had to check on order status again.after another week finally received shipping information and that item was being shipped to us. Took a months me a half to get the item. Bot sire if the order was lost what actually happened. But the Eli in customer service did his part after a few times of looking into this snd emails to him. Now sure if the company ships from order date or another measure but it finally arrived after much anticipated from my son! Expensive but he is happy with the saber as his friends all have one also.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
