Lots of options and easy to navigate. Pretty good overall! The only problem that I have with the order is that it has a recharge port installed but I didn't request it.
Ultrasabers shipped my order far faster than I thought possible during the current state of the world.
I never have any issues at all with ultrasabers and,if there is an issue, then ultrasabers always takes care of it, never had anything bad to say about Ultrasabers..

I ordered two sabers and when they arrive 6 weeks later one of them had the wrong color. Although the prices of this site are good the waiting time and the lack of communication are not.
Bought a mystery box at C2E2. Lines were chaotic and crowd control was at a minimum. Took a long time just to get a mystery box with no assembly.
Next time please answer emails.

I got my sabers and they were exactly what was expected. The franken-saber was awesome. My nieces and nephews all have their own sabers now and I can't wait until the stay at home order is lifted and they can have them. Very happy with my purchase and will use them again in the future.
I have not heard back about a customer service issue, despite two emails. They were sent a while ago now. I have been very satisfied ultrasabers in the past, but need to get my latest order resolved. I sent two emails to ultrasabers regarding no flash on clash for the parts I ordered.
I ordered two sabers and one of them kept changing color from arctic blue to green.
I contacted customer support and was told this was a known issue and need to change the batteries to get back to arctic blue.
It turns out that to keep the arctic blue color, I need to change the batteries every couple hours, which is unacceptable.
After a week of usage, the light shuts off completely after changing from blue to green to off.
I have sent multiple emails and asked for a replacement that doesn't change colors but haven't heard back in weeks.
I am hopeful that I will be able to get a replacement soon.
Had no issue with my order. Did a blind box and am more than happy with what I got. It's so bright. Took a few pictures with it already and it was the only light I needed.
It took 6 months for it to get here. It was stupid! I'm very very unhappy.

It was sort of rough, it took an extremely long time for my order to ship only to find out the hilt I originally wanted was out of stock, when I emailed asking questions I didn't get a response for several days, overall I still love my lightsaber and it is a quality product. Thank you
This was my second $75 mystery box even though it was basic looking I did get it rather fast actually faster then my first saber and their customer service was great they answered one day after reaching out to them

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
