I heard so many great things about the quality of the sabers I had to get my hands on one. I was thrilled with the options selected for my mystery box saber. When I contacted customer service they were prompt and courteous, responding to my e-mail within 24 hours after sending it. The saber came on time and the quality is impeccable. This will be my first of many purchased from ultrasabers!

I was happy to receive my saber
Didn't have Hilt I ordered after already being a month late. Only communicates through 1 email a day (if you're lucky). Took over two weeks just to conclude my order after telling me they didn't have it. Product came with all the screws loose on the hilt. A couple fall out and I have to make sure they don't get lost. Overall a good product but not worth the headache of receiving it unless you don't have any expectations of when you receive it.

I ordered at a peak time so I had a little wait. It was all worth it because the saber was beautiful! This was my first high quality fighting saber and I made a really good decision going with Ultrasabers.

Overall, I had an excellent experience. I was concerned when I didn't receive a shipping notification for an extensive amount of time (of course, factoring in longer wait times due to the virus affecting every element of this process), though the email came in on the exact day I intended to contact Ultrasabers about an update. Once I got the sabers, WOAH! Nothing I saw or reviewed prepared me for how solid they were! I feel incredibly confident sparring with this. The effects are Just. So. Cool. No regrets getting the extras like the "flash on clash." I prided myself on saving money by not falling victim to becoming addicted with buying statues or figures, but the Ultrasaber might have finally broke me. I immediately started researching my next 2 potential purchases. Just make sure you don't NEED the lightsaber for a specific date unless it's well in-advance. ;)
I received my grab bag saber (ordered March 22,2020) but have yet to receive or here anything about the status of the lightsaber I ordered my wife. The order was placed March 21,2020 for a Sun Riders Destiny Fulcrum saber
The internals for the lightsabers was not well put together. It was not what I would call a combat saber without fear of the internals being damaged.
Great quality saber, nothing more to say.
It did take awhile to receive the product. I never heard back from customer service, but we did receive the product.
Saber is overall amazing, had to do some DIY to get it in working order but lovely overall, the customer service was quite wishy washy but eventually had my questions answered. Once shipped delivery was very speedy

This company makes very solid and good saber that can withstand pretty much almost any contact sparing. Would recommend to anyone interested in owning a saber for display or even training.
