It took over a month to hear anything after my order was placed which is a little extreme, but im very happy with the product once it arrived
It took 2 months to process. I emailed them multile times asking about it and finally they respond saying they will look into my case and reply in 2 -4 days. Fass forward 2 weeks and no reply. Their products are good and well made just dont expect your gonna get it anytime soon, and goodluck talking to support.
My grandsons really like their sabers. It took longer to receive due to covid 19 but it arrived before their birthdays! Mission accomplished. Customer service was awesome. One of my grandsons moved and your company had no problem with changing the address, Great service!
It was all decent and timely
I ordered 2 sabers and it took about 5 months before i got them. This was no problem as long as i got them. But when they arrived they were fully scratched. But they were packaged very wel. No metal parts touching eachother. So this means the damage was there before they shipped.
I emailed them about it 3 times but no response after almost 2 months. I feel like they got their money and they no longer care now.

I bought 3 initiate Ultrasabers 12 years ago for my oldest 3 children. They were excellent and we were highly satisfied. I just bought two more for our youngest 2 children. The difference in 12 years of development was unbelievably amazing! The craftsmanship is awesome, and the blades glow so bright and fill out the blade so completely that they almost look like a cartoon! Be prepared for a long wait - it took ours 7 weeks to get here, but the kids play with them constantly, and I'm so jealous that I may be ordering another one soon...
In the picture, the sabers on the two sabers on the bottom are two of our 3 originals (they still work!), and the top two are the new ones. The picture doesn't even do justice to how much more awesome the new ones are, and we already thought the old ones were great!
I can't stress how happy I am with my lightsaber. It works like a charm and is one of the best quality sabers I've purchased yet.
Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cheap custom saber within a month or so. It is especially good for anyone trying to get into the Saber community

Took a month to get here, (Mar 19 - Apr 17) but due to events this seemed perfectly reasonable.
Dark Mantis Stunt Saber seems great so far. Quite the chonkster, especially for my small hands, but it's built very well and I look forward to dueling with it. One issue is that shortly after arrival, my Bane's Heart LED faded to red and I had to replace the batteries to new ones to get the correct color back. If you have similar issues then try that. Love the saber overall. Hope someday soon I can make a friend pretty happy with one of these as a gift.
I bought the Graflex CE diamond edition w/ heavygrade blade and so far I don't regret my purchase. Took longer then expected to deliver but with what's going on in the world right now, I don't blame them. Might try buying a different grade blade for different lighting contrasts. Overall I quite satisfied with my new saber
