TLDR: Product is great, customer service is bad. Product is great and i feel like it was worth the 2 month wait but the customer service was horrendous. Around a month after i ordered my sabers i contacted them since it was around the date they were supposed to ship. I understood that it took extra time because of coronavirus but about 15 days late i contacted them again and still no response. I gave up with customer service and waited a total of 63 days
Ordered March 23rd, and checked my email every day until the order was completed on April 16th, then every day until it's arrival on April 21st. The Aeon LE v5 arrived wrapped tightly in bubble wrap, blade and batteries installed for immediate good-times. Wasted no time in swinging it around and making the noises, despite the saber already doing so. The Diamond controller is fantastic, genuinely loud enough to vibrate the hilt itself. Additionally, despite the fact that I purchased the heaviest blade for dueling, the emitter shines brightly, and can light up any room.
The only draw to the whole thing, was wondering the entire time if anyone had even received my order. I only received the confirmation email after the saber was already constructed, as it shipped the following day. There have been a slew of bad reviews recently, and I think that gap in communication is the main cause. I'm sure an extra automated email would be more than enough for most people.
Will definitely be going back to Ultra Sabers for my offhand saber soon.

This being my first saber, I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of it. I am pleased with UltraSabers, and the quality of the product. The shipping was faster than expected also. Can't wait to get my next saber from them.

I really enjoy all of the products I have ordered from Ultrasabers, but they I was a bit disappointed when they sent me the wrong model of the saber staff that I ordered. After contacting them I found out that they sent a different model because the one I ordered was out of stock and they were having difficulties getting it back in stock due to shutdown restrictions. I wish they would have contacted me in advance about the shortage and asked how I wanted to proceed rather than sending me the wrong saber without telling me.
I tried contacting UltraSabers three times over the span of two months about my order, and never heard anything.
Overall experience was great. Placing my order was easy. Once item was made and shipped out shipping time was exactly what was expected. Item arrived in perfect condition. Placed the batteries in the saber and light it up with no issues.
This company has legendary bad customer service. Zero responses and a lot of excuses when you finally escalate this with Paypal or your bank. It's sad since Ultrasabers has the potential to be the best saber comapny, but no one likes to be ignored. Especially when you're spending your hard earned money.
Well it took 2 months for my lightsaber to come. I tried emailing Ultrasabers but they did not respond to any of my emails or calls. But in the end the product was amazing.
In these hard times they worked hard and got me my saber. It is more beautiful then I could have imagined and so worth the wait. Highly recommend them!

Great first experience buying my first lightsaber, shipping time was long but absolutely worth it for the product.
I think that the lightsabers are pretty good, they aren't really a full blade. But their really good for sparring and tricks. If your looking for cosplay look for a different website. But, I did receive it in 2-4 weeks and it's totally worth it! I use it almost everyday and the Premium sound board is amazing! They are also a very good weight and fit perfectly in the my hand! I would recommend for sparring, but for sparring make sure to get the heavy blade. I have seen a lot of reviews of people who have had bad service or never got their saber, but I got mine in the time they said and their customer service was an 8/10! They mostly always responded and were very kind. Overall 8/10! Great lightsabers for sparring!
I'd give zero stars if I could. My son ordered a light saver over three months ago. After ignoring several emails they finally responded and keep apologizing saying they will ship it but four weeks later nothing but excuses. This company is a joke and a scam. Don't waste your time or money buying anything from these crooks

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
