I used to like ultrasabers but then they started taking forever to get things shipped. Even now I have an order out that is almost 4 weeks past and it's not even for Sabre with sound and yet it is taking them forever just sent to it me and on top of that they have terrible customer service. I've discovered I have a lot better time buying lightsabers on Etsy as Etsy sells lightsabers for much cheaper and a lot of the time they're the same quality or better. I do believe I'll be using etsy more often then ultrasabers given my current state with them.
You should make a multi colored option saber with what ever hilt design one desires
Couldn't be happier love the product and it is fully functional. Thought it might break easily but it is quite durable. Overall a great purchase for a lover of lightsabers
I ordered a saber staff with the expectation of a decent wait and a good, duel worthy saber. I was right! The saber that came has been incredible so far! The wait time was just over a month and a half but that was to be expected. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting a saber to duel with.

While I understand the constraints that COVID has on all production, and our product turned out great, I wish we could have been kept updated on our product and the delays. I did appreciate receiving a response when I made inquiries. I hope that businesses like you guys can start to move ahead soon and thank you all for the awesome product. My son loves it.

Besides the delivery time, it was a great experience. I would like to say due to the qaurentine it was probably delayed further and made a longer wait time. The product is awesome and I'm enjoying it!
I had previously ordered a mystery box for my son-in-law and wanted one for myself. The mystery box is fun and helps build the anticipation because you don't know what you're getting. I received a Dominix LE v4 with a red blade and it's awesome. My 4 year old pretends he's Darth Vader with it. We're having lots of fun. Gonna have to get another on soon so we can spar.
My last order was delayed due to the busy season but I have absolutely loved it! Worth the wait. Very good quality
It was about a three week lead time on the saber itself, but super quick shipping. And the lightsaber itself was totally worth it.
I ordered a light saber mid-April for my daughter's birthday coming up in June. It has been almost six weeks and I haven't heard or received anything. Emails have gone unanswered and the website just gives me a "processing" note on the order status. I just received an email at the beginning of this week about how "Due to an error by our former lead customer service representative we have lost access to all our emails sent to us prior to 05/25/2020. This means we cannot read or reply to any emails sent before today."
Seriously? Sounds like an excuse to me.
Star Wars fans, these light sabers may look cool, but I would think twice about placing an order with Ultra Sabers.

I ordered my son a light saber on may 6th for his birthday on May 18th. I paid for the 2 day shipping to be sure it arrived on time. Today is May 27th and the status is still showing pending. Nobody will email me back. I keep getting auto reply that someone will contact me soon. Nobody will answer the phone either. Recently I received an email stating due to bad management they are months behind on orders and all emails previously sent are no longer accessible and I will have to re contact them. I have done that multiple times with no success. I now think this is all a scam and my son is heart broken. It was the only thing he asked for or wanted for his birthday. Not to mention it was an expensive purchase.
My saber came with very visible scratches and the hilt was dirty. I didn't receive a response when asking about it in an email, and given the long wait time for everything I decided not to continue to try and get an answer.

Order took a while because they were behind. But after order was received a piece of a lightsaber broke and I have yet to receive an email response after 3 weeks.

I didn't receive my wrench that I ordered, but honestly it is fine because I can get those at a hardware store. Overall, a wonderful purchase
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
