Incredible saber, got it in a timely manner
Ordered a saber for my son and the delivery time was weeks longer then we were told it would be. It was somewhat upsetting as he was hoping to have his saber for May the fourth and that didn't happen. But under the circumstances we are all in with this pandemic it's somewhat understandable as everywhere is experiencing extended delivery times. It's just nice to know when you will actually get products you order. All that said the saber came and my son loves it! So the purchase was certainly worth our time and money.

It didn't ship within the four week lead time - I had to message the Facebook to even get a response to get you to ship it. Once contact was made it shipped quickly, but getting there took effort I shouldn't have had to make.

Real easy to order parts. Just got my light saber order today, and it was better than expected. Only bad thing, the blade was damaged by shipper.
The saber took almost two months just to process. The expected wait time was 3-4 weeks. It was very stressful to wait as I received my other saber within 4 weeks of ordering which arrived broken. It was my first time ordering from Utrasabers, and it was as close to a bad experience as it could possibly be. I like both the sabers I got, but they took forever to get here and my diamond saber arrived broken and there still hadn't been an email back saying I can replace it.
The quality of the saber and blade are good. Would definitely recommend!

Shipping was slow but understandable due to the fact of covid-19 virus but over all relieved my order finally and very pleased. I also think ultra sabers should look into proffie board an neo pixel to add to there product line i think they would give light sabers a great effect on ignition of all sabers

I ordered my saber back a month ago, and I've had no contact from them. I initially contacted them to check the status of my order, and received an automated email, which mentioned that sabers take 3-4 weeks to ship. It's approaching 6 weeks, and I've yet to receive the shipping notice. I've called the customer service number, which no one answered. I then emailed shipping to cancel my order and receive a refund, and I still haven't gotten a response. With COVID-19, I understand shipping being slow, but their website has no notification of such, and they update it with new sales. Make that make sense. While I wanted to support this company, if this is how they're running things, I prefer to take my business elsewhere.
I have had overall positive experiences with Ultrasabers. The Holiday season and the epidemic we are currently experiencing put a damper on the larger orders I made, but this part came in quick and unexpectedly.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
