Customer service was nice about me asking questions and confirming my order since it was on april 1st in a pandemic and reassured me that it will take time but i will get my order as soon as possible.
I received my saber faster than what they said it would take. I love my Dark Omen saber. It's exactly what I was expecting it to be.
It took about six weeks for the product to show up at my door. I contacted ultra sabers about at the third week, they said there running behind and I should receive them soon (tree weeks later they are delivered).
I fell ultra sabers should have offered to pay for the shipping or took a percentage off the payment to have us wait so long.
I ordered two light sabers from ultra sabers. Both sabers are displayed as showcase pieces. The only criticism I would have is that my Emperor's hand metal finish has some blemishes in the chrome that I cannot seem to get out. Other than that they both work and look great.

My son has purchased two lightsabers. On his last delivery he received a 40 inch blade after ordering a 36. He likes to 36-inch because it is easier to maneuver. Also the switch fell apart from the body 3 days after receiving it. One of the screws you cannot replace because the head was already bought out. I've never seen anyone do this so was actually being held by one semi stripped screw. His friend also ordered two at the same time and he has had lots of problems the reason people don't contact them or said the back is because they don't honestly know if it's going to be worse when they receive it or if they will receive it at all since they are out of the state most of the time. And you cannot actually speak to anyone which is very sketchy. So they just take their losses and say nothing how sad
The only thing that bothered me was the long wait time to get it, but i understand why and it is all good.
Nice products and a nice support. But U need to calm down with that E-mail offers and special deals :D.

Well, I love the game Jedi fallen order. The fallen lightsaber takes inspiration from that game, so that's the one I ordered, but I was sent the combat ready rather than the standard emitter. I was a bit disappointed, but I still really like it. The customer service is horrible. I sent 3 or 4 emails and not one got back to me. The lightsaber took 2 months to get here when they said 3-4 weeks. I understand they are behind, but with no response emails it was super nerve racking. I didn't even know if I would get my saber.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
