The fact that this company is somehow still in business shocks me. I am appalled at their customer service. 1 response saying sorry for the wait after we paid for QUICK SHIPPING and its been 3 months haven't heard from them since. Not fair, my son's birthday was May 23 and the poor kid had no gift. Still haven't been refunded my money

If they ever send your order, it's after they're our of stock on items that were in stock when they took your money. I ordered six sabres at a discount after they forgot about my first single order. At a discount the order was over $800 by the time they got to it seven weeks later, two sabre hilts were out of stock. I chose different ones to be done with it, they shipped, I received them. The Grand Master with sound that was $300 by itself wast completely assembled. One was a staff which I paid extra $40 for quick coupler, no coupler. All this and they don't ship with a packing slip of any kind. Real $#*! show, I emailed of course, about the missing coupler last week, still waiting. Customer service is a joke, pride as a company is obviously a joke. I gave them a big second chance and they flopped.
I ordered a lightsaber from Ultrasabers on two occasions. One was during the holiday season and the release of Rise of Skywalker. It took a while before I got the lightsaber. I wanted to adjust my order and that was no problem. It took roughly 8 weeks. Apparently my saber was not in stock but they upgraded my saber with a recharge port. That's service!
The second saber I ordered took roughly 3 weeks! I ordered this in April when things got more quiet (no Star Wars movies etc). But mind you the corona pandemic was starting to become a real issue! During this time the communication was still spot on!
The quality of the sabers are solid and beautiful. I was getting these sabers knowing that they are combat ready and not mantle pieces. We (my daughter and I) play with the sabers a lot. They can take some serious hits!

I orders my saber on April 2,2020. Had to reach out multiple times to get my delivery. Would never order from this site ever again. Website said 3-4 weeks. Took 7 1/2 weeks to get my order. VERY UNSATISFACTORY then all the company did to rectify the situation was to offer me a coupon for 30% off my next order. Like that will ever hapoen.
The saber is very good. I'm satisfied with my saber.
I ordered that in April 1st. But I receive that in May 26th. It took about 8 weeks.
Customer service is not good. They don't reply imminently.
First, they said, "The order will be shipped out until 4 weeks"
After that, they said "your order is out of stock"
Finally, It took 2 months until I received it.
I really enjoyed my product and the time and quality that my product came!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
