In all, I was satisfied with the product. I am familiar with the company's quality work. However, with the current world situation, I understand that delivery was later than desired.
Very nice lighsaber, although the shipping takes a lot of time to arrive so be prepared to wait over a month to get it!
The service was good, there were no complications at all. The product itself was just a replacement blade as my original's tip came off. The new blade so far is working just fine with no damage. Overall, the service and product is great!

Took longer than told to receive Lightsabers. If it's gonna be six weeks, say six weeks. Also, the blade falls out when the kids play with it. Happens with their friend sabers as well. Fun product though and we might be buying more.

Great customer service, they even gave me a discount code to use on my next purchase for having to wait a little longer for my item. Already ordered another saber!
Huge delay on one of the savers. Out of stock, but no email for weeks from order stating this. Also, other parts were out of stock, so upgrades were made, but no discounts applied to upgrade from the original purchase.

The Bellicose I ordered had a problem where the decoration button I chose (chrome) did not screw into the hilt properly. As well, there are a few scratches and smudges on the silver aluminum, especially on the inside of the blade emitter shroud, and the edge of that shroud is a little rough-cut. However, other than those things, this is a well made and great looking saber.
The color (Arctic Blue, UltraEdge Mid-grade blade) is bright and full and fills the whole room in the dark. The Obsidian V4 soundboard sounds great and has a good variety of sound fonts that can be edited with the downloadable Launcher. And as for the button, that was nothing a little super glue couldn't fix (I wouldn't advise doing that if you plan on getting multiple buttons though, I do not).
My experience with customer service is neutral, as I didn't have to contact them. My saber was finished shortly before 3 weeks after I ordered it, as the site says, and was shipped to me almost a week after that, meaning I received my saber 4 weeks after ordering. Of course I can't complain, they did follow that 3-4-week deadline, despite the slowdowns that COVID-19 has caused.
In general, I had a good experience with the company and my product is rather high quality, but there are some quality control issues.
My two Azure Grand Master are great I'm very pleased with them. I may need to adjust the blade color a little but that is not on Ultra Sabers. The Blade color is as good as can be expected for 32 inch heavy grade blades. What they could use improvement on is their statues indication, "processing" and "shipped" is not enough information for a backlogged order. The amplifying info of "awaiting assembly" and/or "assembly" would be very helpful.
I placed my order on February 29th, expecting this to be plenty of time to receive my order. (I needed it May 5th, I figured 2 months would be plenty of time). I didn't receive it until today, June 2nd, 95 days after placing my order. Customer service was unhelpful, when they did reply it was only to say sorry and offer no real solutions. Not to mention all the emails they ignored. When the sabers finally got here they were nice, but there were scratches and Knicks on them despite being brand new. Definitely not worth the wait and next time I want a saber I'll probably go elsewhere. I suggest you do as well.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
