The first saber we ordered in December 2019 was awesome! Great product and fast shipping. We ordered another January 13th, 2020. It is now June and STILL NO SABER OR REFUND!
Dozens of emails! They responded to a few asking for us to choose a new hilt and to send them more money for the new hilt (they had sold out of the one we ordered). After months and months of no response, there was no way I was going to send more money to these people. - Shouldn't they have offered an upgraded hilt at no additional cost since we had been waiting soooooo long OR at the very least a full refund?! I understand that the virus put extra pressure on them. However, I also know they continued to take new orders when they couldn't fill the ones they already had. That seems wrong, doesn't it? - They offered a refund minus a 20% restocking fee in April. We said we would take a full refund because it wasn't our fault they hadn't shipped our saber after 4 months of waiting... that was the last communication we received from them. STILL NO SABER OR ANY KIND OF REFUND. We spent $270 when we could have just flushed that money down the toilet and saved ourselves all this hassle. WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!

It would be a great product but a completely non-transparent communication. Product was delivered 3 months after order. None of my 4 emails nor my Twitter or Facbook requests were answered.
The product is top but in the context of such a bad service I would not order anything here anymore.
They are awesome! We should have ordered the sound in all our sabers but didn't realize that only 2 had sound chips. Can you add a sound chip after? Thanks for getting back to us.

Honestly, the quality of the saber is amazing, but, the delivery time could be better. I guess it really depends on the hilt you choose and the options you select. Other than that customer service was great. Emails were responded too within 12-48 hours. Let me tell you too, those sabers are sturdy. Defiantly going to order from these guys again.
Took 2 months for delivery and 3 emails
The lightsaber is definitely sweet and great quality but the 60 day fab time is absolute garbage. If the lightsaber wasn't so awesome it'd be 1 star for sure.
The order was late coming and I had to remind them to send it. When they did the order was missing 75$ worth of merchandise and Ultrasabers would not acknowledge this either by sending the ultrasaber, or refunding the difference.
One purchase to become the gateway to the collecting problem. Excited though, It'll definitely be worth it.
My experience was actually pretty good. My shipment took awhile, but Joshua was really helpful and got my order here within a few days. The lightsaber is beautiful and bright. I will definitely order here again.
The saber was great once we received it but the complete lack of communication ruined the experience. I sent multiple emails with no response other than an automated response and finally got a response from a Facebook message several days later once it shipped.
The prequels are the best
I didn't receive any answer from customer support but the saber was finally shipped after I wrote to them. Took 2 months.
When i ordered i didnt expect the saber to be as good as it is. It's very sleek and well designed. The only thing i would recommend is the space that allows the batteries to wobble. Its a tad concerning. But it said 3-4 weeks to create, and it was done in about 8 days. Very impressive.
I would work on fixing the gap that makes the batteries shake around. Knowing what I know now I definitely would upgrade to a double bladed saber.
My daughter and I are very happy with our sabers! They did not take as long as I thought they would to be delivered. The only thing we are a bit sad about is that her blade came a bit bent, and we don't really want to go through the trouble of sending it back and ordering a new one, we're still having fun with it.
Quality was good. Long wait time as expected. Customer service could be better, such as answering emails and phone calls. I also received an email on both of my purchases that some parts of my sabers were not available. They did give me alternate options but when i customize a saber, that's what i want. They did give me the option to wait until the parts were available but it would have added another 3-4 weeks on my already month long wait. No hate for this company as i do love my sabers. Just a couple things to know before buying.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
