The customer service was poor. They don't answer the phone or reply to email. The phone recording says send an email but they did not respond to the two I sent. I wanted to add to my order but could not reach anyone in any way to get it done.
I'm beyond pleased with my Guardian Saber, and to win a free saber in a raffle was just icing on the cake! They're both of the highest quality materials and worth every penny. The craftsmanship is top tier and I will simply look to no other place than Ultra Sabers for my next saber purchase.
Overall good product. First saber bought that wasn't a licensed replica and overall I like It. Wait time is a little long for a non-modified basic saber, but if each one is really handmade than I can't complain too much. Thanks!

Took longer than expected due COVID-19 pandemic but great mystery box. Sometime in the near future I will be making an order again, just next one will have sound
Spoke with an Erin from customer service at the 3 week mark, and she informed me I needed to wait 4 weeks before they would even check on the status of my order. After the 4th week, I was then informed that the specific hilt I ordered was not in stock for another month. I waited a week, so I could be told to wait another month for the thing I specifically bought. And it never was marked 'Out of Stock' the whole time I was dealing with this.
Placed an order for two mystery sabers. Both were shipped out exactly two weeks from the order date. Pretty happy with the Sabres I recieved, one I absolutely love. The second one, having looked up price for the hilt and electronics, was valued at lower than the price I paid. While this is a little upsetting I suppose it's the risk involved in a mystery box. Having used the sabers in full contact dueling I can attest to their quality and durability. However some hilts are definitely of cheaper build than others. And one of them does have a problem with the pomell getting lose and ringing during sparring over time. Overall I recommend them.
I ordered the mystery box and got a decent looking stunt saber! I was able to add some personalization to it and make it an unforgettable anniversary present for my dad.

Had a little bit of trouble getting through to them around the 6 week mark due to the covid and Christmas backlog, but they got back to me timely and had it by week 8. Quality is top notch and have been sparring often with them. Very satisfied with the quality just hope they get their shipping issues take care of soon!

My lightsaber came from ultrasabers and I ordered it, after 4 weeks of it processing I sent them an email, they just sent back an automated message saying that they were behind on schedule. But then after another 2 weeks I sent them another email because by now it had been one month and I had no response. It finally got shipped at like 7 weeks and it arrived after only 5 days waiting from shipping. I'm very happy about the quality of the hilt. I love the lightsaber. My only problem is that there was almost no communication throughout the whole process, so that's why I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
