I had ordered from them for quire a while and never had problems. It was a longer than estimated lead time but no problem(the estamate was 4 weeks it took closer to 6) and when it did show some of the parts i had orderd were the wrong items 2 consular pommels and a dark arbitor pommel when i had orderd the emmiters and not the pommels 4 emails and now a review later im am not to satified with the service.
For this particular lightsaber, I was surpised with how fast it arrived. I don't remember exactly how long it took, but I recall that it came much sooner than I was expecting, especially during these strange and difficult times. The lightsaber came in a nice long box, filled with fun bubble wrap to pop. The saber itself looks, works, and sounds great! And of course, the Ultrasabers website itself is easy to navigate and use. I will probably buy a few more sabers!

Purchased previous sabers from Ultra Sabers before, have been very satisfied. I understand that parts do have to come in from other areas, however, it took two months for me to receive my saber. I do understand that things do take longer because COVID-19 precautions; BUT, I received items in two weeks from China during that same time. My theory is that because I ordered before May 4th they were just waiting until after the weekend after that date to do a mass shipment. When I sent an email to check on my order, they just said it was still, "processing". Honestly, I wouldn't not have minded if they were up front and informed me on their new shipping procedures. The company offers great products at reasonable prices, but is suffering from poor customer service and needs better transparency.

Took too bloody long to get here
It took 8 weeks to receive my product after ordering. I attempted numerous times by email and phone to contact the company to check on the status of my order and didn't receive an answer until I inquired about a refund.

I have gotten 3 sabers from the guys and girls at Ultra Sabers, and I do love them all. However, my most recent saber seems to have a minor electrical issue that causes it overheats and stop responding if I put too much stress on the soundboard. That would be understandable if it were the same for the other sabers I have, but it frankly isn't. I know there's an issue, and I have tried to contact Ultra Sabers as to figure out what we can do to resolve the issue with my newest saber, but their customer service is horrendously unresponsive and has actually left me on read in Facebook Messenger. In conclusion, the product is great! I recommend for quality, but if something is wrong with the product you may be SOL simply because I've eaten PB&J's that have better customer service response times.
Amazing quality, would purchase again
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
