I received my lightsaber about 4 weeks after placing an order. I got the Aeon V5 with tri led Adrian Silver. The saber has a very nice balance point and has a very adequate size. The color discs are fun to use because of the color options. In my opinion, orange and purple are the best colors with the discs, however the color hardly shows in daylight. Overall I love the product and will probably order from ultrasabers again.
These high quality hand made works of art should be described and advertised as such. In a modern time of getting everything now. When it is high quality there is no problem letting the artist work. I am impressed with both lightsabers I've purchased from this site. Excellent work.
It was great! Delivery time was a little longer than anticipated but overall, great. I'd definitely buy from UltraSabers again. Loving my guardian blue lightsaber!
Got a mystery box saber for my first one. Ultrasabers is great a did a good job!
There was a slight delay due to Covid-19 but I was over the moon when it arrived in the next few days after I contacted customer service.
The delivery took longer than expect but that was probably due to covid-19 so I'm ok. That is why I rated it lower. The product has a short in it mostly since it's a mystery box I shouldn't complain too much. If I decide to use it for fight and practice I'll look into getting the short fixed but since it's on display it's fine.

I ordered An Emperor's Hand. It was missing one of the screws.
We have now purchased two times through Ultrasabers. The website is very user friendly. The wait time from the time we placed our orders until receiving our product was shorter than that allowed 3-4 weeks processing time stated on the website. Our products both came very well packaged and are of great quality. We are very pleased with our ultrasabers, as well as the company as a whole.

The lightsaber did take a long time to ship out, but that isn't something that was as big of a deal as not receiving any response for weeks.
Incredible choice from anything from hilt to blade and colour. It arrived within 2 weeks even with the corona virus. The packaging was very good and was wrapped in bubble wrap. I got premium sound and it was very loud and the blades brightness was extremely good. As a first time buyer I would highly recommend
I ordered my sons saber on April 8th. I called and emailed regarding my order(I wanted to add to the order) and wasjust wondering when I would receive the light saber. I finally received an email stating that it would be shipped in 2 business days. (A month + after I ordered it). Its supposed to be a max of 4 weeks from ordering until shipping. I FINALLY received my saber this Sunday, June 7th. 2 months after ordering. I called and left multiple messages, I emailed several times and no response, I even tried DM-ing their Facebook page. My son is more than pleased with his light saber. It is wonderful cracftmanship but the customer service is greatly lacking. An update was all that was needed.
I have tried and tried calling/emailing/messaging on fb, for someone to get into contact with me regarding not my 1 BUT 2 orders through them. 700+ spent with them and issues with both orders.
I do not recommend based completely on lack of leadership/ customer service. I am willing to change my review for a simple call back. I have left many emails to both email listings made available to the public. Look my number up on there and please send me a call... the least you all can do.
Shipping was my biggest concern although I I'm not upset about it or anything. I got mine when the saber first came out so their were going to be delays. Some things were out of stock but that's to be suspected. But the product was really outstanding it's a beautiful peice and I couldn't be happier with it personally

I've contacted Ultrasabers customer service dozens of times about damaged parts and never received a response.
This is the 4th saber we haver ordered since Christmas the kids love them - this is for our soon to be 4 year old who is obsessed with fighting with her older brothers - but we have run out of wrapping paper tubes!
You all do a great job getting the items I want and get them to me in a timely manner. I appreciate all the effort and work you put in to making sure my orders are the highest quality and accurate. Thank you.
The blade that I ordered is not straight. The tube bends to one side.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
