Our order was one of the ones caught in a personnel transition. We understand things like that happen. I think I contacted customer service or else I got an email about the time I was going to. So the only thing I rated low in was time to receive. No issues otherwise. My son is excited to see his saber when he comes to my house this week.
I would like to start by, dont expect the customer service to be good. I ordered my saber and it took a month like normal but the saber came with several issues. I contacted them several times and no responce. Nothing at all. And dont call them because they wont answer. Hope this helps someone.
Good:
-Plenty of options all around
-Sturdy Hilts
-Not horrible delivery times
-Emerald driver is dope
-Loud & Proud Sabers
Bad:
-Customer Service is lacking in employees, resources or simply suck.
-Sloppy build quality. (Glue everywhere, wiring done poorly, very little deburring on hilts, etc.)
-Packing/ order fulfillment dept. could use a 2nd set of eyes procedure to make sure all parts of orders are included and shipped.
You guys carry Mara Jade's saber, and for that, I thank you so much. She's easily my favourite EU character and now to have this saber, it honestly just makes me so happy. Thank you again, and may the Force be with you.

Ultrasabers.com is a great place to buy a cosplay or sparring lightsaber from, with an excellent lightsaber building process and an appealing design to their website. But there are a couple things that could be better. Shipping doesn't take long once the order is processed, however my item didn't ship for almost a month after I ordered it. Also, it came with a bent blade which I wasn't able to fix. Several of my friends also bought from this site with better results blade-wise so maybe it was just a one-time error. Either way, still a great site.
My experience with Ultra Sabers is the same as so many people here. I placed an order back in February, 2020 but I never received an email receipt from them, if I hadn't taken a screen shot of the order page I would have never known my order number. I then waited two months and got nothing! I write emails, I make phone calls but no response. Finally, when I threaten to dispute the charge with my credit card company that got their attention! They wasted no time contacting me right back for the first time. I get an email from someone named "Brent" who tells me the light saber I want is not in stock and won't be for another 12 to16 weeks, but he'll hold on to my money until it arrives. I say "No" and that I want to cancel my order. That's when I'm threatened by "Brent" that if I try to cancel or dispute my order I would be charged a 20% restocking fee for an item that they never had in in the first place! It only took one day to successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and I got all my money back from them. It's been over a month now and they still have made no attempt to charge me a restocking fee. They know if they do I'll just dispute that charge too. Don't waste your time and effort asking them for a refund, instead just dispute the charge with your credit card company and you will win every time. Their 20% "restocking fee" they claim to charge is just an empty threat, a scare tactic they know they can never follow through with because it can be so easily disputed and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it.

Slow processing but that is to be expected during the coronavirus issue. Other than that, the shipping was fast and the quality of the product is fantastic.
Customer Service is nearly non-existant. They have not replied to any of the emails I've sent, nor have they ever answered their customer service phone number. I was only able to get customer service through their facebook page, though most of the replies were an automated message asking for me to email them (it stated they would reply within 24-48 hours, though they never did.)
At the time of this review, my order was placed 47 days ago. I received this order 18 days ago, and not all of the order was included. I have not yet received a reply addressing my Facebook message or emails about the missing product.
Sabers are extremely durable and package came well ahead of schedule. I duel hardcore almost every other night with my friend. Neither have broken or shown any signs of wear or tear. They even work in the rain.
There was an issue with the order as they ran out of one of the parts so they promptly contacted me and we were able to seamlessly update the order and receive the product in a timely manner.
My order was delayed due to the new movie coming out, but I was provided with options to expedite the order in a timely manner.
I waited 4 months, never received my order or any responses to my emails. Had to do a charge back through Paypal.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
