The customer service was great but you'd be waiting a very long time, I wanted to change my order and it was done easily but my order wasn't fully changed even though I had payed for it. For example, I wanted to change the blade hilt and I bought the appropriate requisitions and I got the wrong blade hilt. The delivery time was well over 6 weeks even though I was told 3/4 weeks. Saber is amazing but more than likely will be buying elsewhere next time.
While I had to wait for quite awhile to receive my lightsaber I finally got it. I am happy I received the lightsaber but you would think the company would have added a few bonus items or so. Oh well. 7 outta 10 stars
I'm so glad I went to this site every saber is Perfect big small double they have it all they do mystery sales along with customisable settings I highly recommend as they are such good quality for the cost I'm so glad with mine
The best high quality saber on the market. Definitely upgrade to the diamond controller that thing is so amazing. If I'm doubt just get the diamond controller it's what you want. Thanks so much ultrasabers
I have received my lightsaber, and am extremely happy with the result.
Ordered a lightsaber on behalf on my son, it took a bit longer than expected (made worse by teenage son nagging about when it would arrive) but I was happy with the explanation provided by the company when I contacted them. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of postage to Australia, much more reasonable than a lot of other American sites.
Son is ecstatic with the lightsaber, loves the look of it and was impressed with the quality too. He loved being able to customise it and is now happily planning what he would like to buy next. I would highly recommend the site and the product.
I had to email 2 times one with saying urgent and the 2nd one was that one, thus not getting an email the first time
Order was said it was delivered on a certain date and didn't come until a week and a half after.
Shipping can take a little longer than you'd hope, but the wait is well worth it for pretty much everything they have.
The product is awesome. My kids love it. I understand the situation is difficult with the pandemic so timely delivery was not possible. However, I reached out to you twice to just make sure the order was still coming and I got no response. I was on the verge of canceling the order with my credit card company just because I hadn't heard from you. If you had responded I would have given you 5 stars on everything, even with the delayed order time. Communication is important.
I am supremely happy with my dueling saber. The blue lighting along with the well disigned hilt is a wonderful compliment of each other.

It took 3 months for my order to PROCESS, customer service took a week to respond, and they ran out of the hilt I actually wanted after it took 3 months to process my order. On the bright side, customer service was very polite and apologetic, and I was very satisfied with my saber.
The shopping experience was a little confusing trying to figure out the different parts of the saber. Receiving the order was one of the worst experiences I have had online. I emailed customer service 3 times over 5 wks and never got a follow up email. I had to contact ultrasaber via Facebook to get help.

My wife and I have been great supporters of Ultra Sabers for the past two years, and the products themselves always continue to be great. However, the last few times I've purchased from Ultra Sabers the wait time has been worse and worse. Before my recent order, I was offered a coupon code for the inconvenience of such a long wait, but this time I waited 8 weeks for one of their most simple products with no compensation. Great products, but you might be waiting so long for them that you forget you even placed the order.
