Easy shopping for hilts
Great service great product and have already ordered another one!
Just wished it came quicker. My son asked me about it everyday between placing the order and receiving the delivery.
I ordered a mid grade blade. Honestly it works fine and is super bright because mid grade is the brightest. The film was well-wrapped on the inside, but the blade was a dab curved. Not A big deal though. Really good and fast experience. Will still do business in the future. On a side note, I wish more pommels were available.
No updates on shipping times, and the order from start to finish was 13 weeks when quoted led was 3-4 weeks.
Long wait and didn't have the hilt I wanted, but the saber I got is great quality and my son and I can't stop playing with it.
Nothing's perfect but everything's satisfactory
When I got my lightsabers they were already pretty scratched up and after waiting for a whole month for them I would expect them to be in good condition
I absolutely love the sabers I received! However it took way longer than the 3-4 week advertised time (ordered 4/13) due to stock issues, which would have been understandable, but trying to get answers was very frustrating
As far as combat grade sabers, these sabers are the most affordable that I have found. Most of the hilts are quite basic-aluminum turned on a metal lathe. The durability is okay, as I have had to modify the battery pack in a couple. The LEDs are bright and the blades hold up well. The mystery box, however has been disappointing. I have 3 boys, and each of us got a mystery box. Three out of four of the LED colors were green, and all of the hilts were very basic. None with sound. So with little variance in color, and no sound or special hilt, I am uninclined to do any more mystery boxes.
The Saber was great but after the stock batteries died the LEDs were very dim when I put regular AA batteries in
The product is awesome. No question. The customer service is terrible. When we ordered, I saw nothing that would indicate that they were backed up on orders. We paid almost $35 for expedited shipping, in hopes of having the saber here before my son's birthday. When I saw that the saber wasn't going to ship in time, I contacted ultrasabers via phone and email to see if my shipping rate could be changed (no sense in paying for 2 day shipping if it wasn't going to be here for the birthday). Days go by with no response, except for an automatically generated email. Called again and sent another email. No response. This went on for a month. I finally sent an email saying I'd stop payment on the order if I didn't receive a response. Lo and behold, I received a reply after about 4 hours saying my product had shipped. So much for changing the shipping rate. Like I said, the product is great, but they need someone handling these things in customer service. Wouldn't have cared, at all, to wait for the product. I understand they are doing a custom work and these things take time, but to just not respond for weeks...NOT cool. We were all starting to think we'd been scammed.
All I wish for is a faster response time when you email customer service and a faster ship time. I love your sabers very much though. Just wish orders would ship much faster.
Sabers are great, they feel great, you can bonk people with them, they are easy to work with, but customer service was slow and the sabers took over twice as long as advertised, but they are combat-ready, we were fighting with them pretty hard and no unexpected behavior during contact. I recommend them, but be prepared to wait a long time. I read some reviews, and while their customer service is slow and they don't answer questions about canceling if you wait for the sabers I believe you will be satisfied.

I definitely got what I paid for, since I bought it at the height of the pandemic, it shipped super quick.
Shipping took a while due to Covid 19 but I received the correct order and they are fantastic. Highly recommend!
