My saber has intermittent color issues. Even though I have yet to duel with my heavy grade saber, the blue LEDs occasionally don't work, leading to lackluster red. Also, upon further inspection, the interior electronics are supported to the "chassis" of the hilt by a $#*!ty glue job, which fails to even secure the interior wires.
It took 3 extra weeks to receive my lightsaber and I had to change my order if I didn't want to wait another 5 weeks. It also doesn't work and I had to send it back for repairs.
Amazing product and very durable. The craftsmanship on the handle is incredible.
Shipping didn't take as long as expected.
Will be buying another saber from them.

I ordered a saber for my Wife's birthday, and it wasn't supposed to show up until several weeks after her birthday. Their entire website said it would be a 4-6 week lead time on all orders, so I figured I would have to wait no matter what styles I picked from. BUT... Someone reached out to me and said if I picked from a different set of parts I could get my order in just a few days! We messaged back and forth discussion what other options I had available for the shorter production/shipping time until we found the right style I liked. What was going to be a belated birthday gift for my Wife ended up arriving 3 days later ON HER BIRTHDAY!
The craftsmanship on this thing is amazing too. The sounds, motion sensing effects and the overall build quality is very solid. We have 2 young boys and they have definitely put this thing's durability to the test.

The process was easy. I put my order in & a matter of a few weeks I had my ultra saber. Definitely quality product worth having for your collection.
They neglected to declare on the commercial invoice that my returned saber was a "Warranty Repair", so I had to again pay duty and taxes on the same item. I let Ultrasabers know of the problem and they sent me a revised commercial invoice immediately to dispute with FedEx to get a refund, however FedEx has to submit the claim to Customs. This process will take over 2 weeks to resolve.
A terrible oversight by Ultrasabers, who claim to be selling their product all over the world. They told me that they got a new labeler and that was the reason for the oversight.
This was my third purchase from ultrasabers and by far the best one. My girlfriend ordered a custom dominix for me on a Thursday. It was in my hands the following tuesday and i love everything about the saber
When I ordered from Ultrasabers initially, the hilt I wanted ended up being on backorder. However, the service rep I talked with was able to get me a different one. My Bellicose lightsaber got to me in only a couple of days, and I am really happy with the build quality. I'd personally recommend using them!

I bought an Ultrasaber for the first time and got it within a week of purchasing it. When I received the saber I turned the light on and was extremely satisfied with my choice. The saber is very durable, I have been using it to duel for two months now and it only has some marks on the blade. This purchase has been the most worthwhile purchases I have ever made.
