I was super happy with my saber, until something went wrong. When I tried to contact them through all of the provided methods (phone, email, social), I never heard anything back. Ordered and had issue in April and still have heard nothing dispite emails, calls and voicemails.
One of the saber addons I selected delayed my order as it was not available at the time. I attempted to communicate with the company, but the response they claim they sent me never arrived so I sat in the dark for nearly a month. I could deal with this, however their response to the entire situation is what left me befuddled and annoyed. They refused my request to refund the addon which they could not provide (overcharging me) and would not expedite the shipping due to the delay. You would think those to be obvious resolutions to a customer issue. All in all, the saber is pretty cool, but the service provided was worse than most Etsy shops. Buyer beware.
Got my lightsaber 4 days after I placed my order and it is awesome. Great condition. Easy to set up. Very cool.
The lightsaber I recieved is incredibly high quality, plus the store contacted me to offer a similar pommel for my saber that would reduce the shipping time from 3-4 weeks to 2 to 3 days.
The service has been great for the most part, sometimes the wait time can be long but other than that the products have been great

I really love this thing I got because one of my friends had one and I have always loved star wars and he told me about this company so after looking for the right one I finally budged and bought one I was told that they took for ever and really didn't have good customer service but for me the were wonderful they were fast if I had a question they'd answer it that day and even when was getting made it might have taken some time which wasn't that long it was very well worth it and over all I love it
Ultra sabers was very quick to alert me when the original saber I ordered was out of stock. A employee from customer service worked with me to make sure my order came in on time by offering alternative hilts. I was very pleased with the shipping and the saber itself is incredible. I'm already looking into purchasing another!
It is a good company overall. I waited a while for my Saber and I thought it came with the blade but you have to order it separately. Besides that this company is a great company.
I placed an order last Sunday, and for $20 shipping, I just got my saber today. I'm in love with it, and just like my past few orders, it is amazing. I plan on buying more when I have the money to spend.
I bought a mystery box and the hilt is well made and leave room to customize. The blade is strong too
Received a broken saber. Couldn't fix it in any way. Shipped it back to them with no response or solution. Wasted 200$
Took more than a month to ship (2 months), when it finally got shipped out it had a 2 day delay and then when I got it, it's amazing just that the metal on the hilt (Dark Apprentice V5) was very sharp so i got 3 cuts that bled do much now i wear gloves everytime i use it :/
Watch YouTube video reviews, do your research, I am writing to bring awareness to others so they don't share my experience. This company is and should be treated like a scam. I wrote emails for my lightsaber, after 4-6 weeks I was told that it would be another 6-8 weeks and to be patient. I waited at about week 7 or 8 I recieve another email saying it would be another 10-12 weeks... it takes customer service a long time to respond and they don't have a phone number my bank could not contact them either. They told me I could either swap it out fpr a less quality one or wait. I tried letting my bank handle it. I waited another 10 weeks and got another email saying it would be another 6-8 weeks and was given no option for a refund. Thr sales rep said they would have to charge a 20 percent restoking fee... I demanded to speak to a manager via email and that they broke agreement I did not receive my order and they did not deliver it upon agreement time and holding onto my money. They are very horrible business and very unprofessional... and this kind of behavior and response should not be taken lightly.
Saber arrived in a quick and timely manner. Very pleased with the craftsmanship as always. Will be shopping here again.
Great customer service, pretty prompt replies. Due to extensive delays I didn't get quite the product I wanted but it's still a great saber and my husband loves it.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
