Good Quality Sabers
My husband was very excited about his saber and fake battles the children (who have toy sabers) all the time. We will definitely purchase another one at a later date.
To glow in daylight or as bright as it does in videos. Is this only possible with it being set up on the computer, yes or no? Anticipate better reviews when this is figured out and less confusion. Provide links with the order that show all that is needed to get the most enjoyment and functionality.
I had to wait over 7 months for this to ship... and there were defects on the saber. Customer service was shady, had to contact 3 times before getting someone professional and courteous.
This is the sixth lightsaber that I have bought from them. Five were online and one was in person at Dragon*Con. I've had great experiences each time and I highly recommend them.
What can I say more then the title? The purchase was quick and easy and it was shipped ASAP, I received the products quick as a thirsty kangaroo finding a dam. I had alot of questions and emailed ultrasabers about them and they always replied quick and I found the information super useful. All in all the title sums it up.
I followed the directions given to me from the paper sent and I also looked videos up on how to fix it but none of it has worked so far, but other than that the saber is absolutely gorgeous and amazing
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
