This lightsaber is so cool! But UltraSaber said it would come in 3-4 weeks but it took 2 months. Over all this purchase is awesome!
Do not expect your order to show up, if you have a customer service issue, or an order issue you will not get in touch with these people. They do not return emails, phone calls, 10 weeks later I am still waiting for a saber they claim to build. I am having an issue getting a refund now, why because this company again will not respond to an email. Phone call or anything. Give them $500 and you get screwed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a new battery holder because mine broke during dueling so I needed to replace it. It was a really fun project. The electronics were horrendous so I ended up unsoldering everything and cleaning it up with better wire management and solder joints. The new battery holder works great! Thanks for the part ultrasabers! My saber is back in action!

Cool website, Easy to order. Lacking in customer service skills. Can't get in reach of company. Phone doesn't answer and doesn't allow for you to leave a message. I'm trying to give them more money to upgrade my stunt saber. Emailed a few times with no responses, but received many emails from them promoting to buy more sabers. Nice product, but y'all need to show your customers some love. Covid 19 is a sorry excuse for lacking customer service skills. Dealing with other saber companies during this time who truly care for the buyer, I can vouch for that.

It took 2 months to get my order, and after weeks of not being able to get in touch with customer service, the item I chose had to switched because the company didn't have it in stock. Once the purchase was situated, the company mailed my item to my old address even though I updated the shipping address on the website. It took some time and frustration to work with Fed Ex to get this sorted out.
I love the ultra saber I ordered. I love the quality and detail of it. It took a while for the ultra saber to get to me, but I knew that when I ordered it and it was worth the wait. The only problem I have had with it is that a few days after I got it some of the sheet type material inside the blade was sliding out when I changed the color disc. It was easily slid back in and works perfectly still. Overall, I'm very happy with it!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
