I truly enjoy my saber even though I had quite a long wait time for it to ship out to me. The product is high quality and I would recommend Ultra Sabers to any fan of Star Wars.
Ultrasabers has top notch products for saber enthusiasts of all calibers. The products arrival is far faster than any other company on the market. The only draw back is the slight rattle from the battery packs. A minor issue resolved for myself with a little bit of velcro to make the packs a bit tighter in the hilt. Colors are great. I only hope in my future orders i may receive a sound saber in my mystery box. In any event, i plan on purchasing a custom sound saber soon.
Amazing, simply amazing
It's been a great experience. I wish the production time was mentioned during check-out as we were ordering the saber for a birthday (not that we'd not purchase it had we known. We just wouldn't be expecting it to show up any time.). As far as the product itself, they are great quality presumably hand-tooled pieces that are wonderful to look at, fun to play with, and easy to maintain. On of my personal favorites is that you can customize literally everything.
If I had one negative thing to say, it would be that when you're buying the hilt, there doesn't seem to be any indication of the weight and length. As such, my partner has what can be described as a short, light, one hand hilt, whereas mine is a two hand (not a pole), very heavy and long hilt. Our most recent purchase turned out to be mid length, and light.
Overall, great sabers.

I love your company, and I love all of your lightsabers in your collection. But I am very disappointed in the color disks. I was expecting a green, blue, and red disk, and I couldn't even get that. If you did send them they were extremely light colored. So much that my silver lightsaber still looked like its original color. Overall for lightsabers and their quality i would recommend this company to anybody who wants one, but i would just recommend passing on the color disks if offered unless if you like light colors.
I love my saber but do to no fault of you're own and high demand it took very long to get my sabers and after a short time of basic use the battery pack inside the saber broke and needed to be tapped up. But still the best saber I have ever got.

It was my first order and it went very smoothly. Very satisfied with the product. Ordered a second and I am now currently waiting for that one.
I wish I'd gotten a reply to my email. Everything worked out but that just felt disappointing. I spent enough to get into 2 raffles and I never got a response about whether or not I had done things correctly. I spent more money here than I generally spend anywhere. I'm still giving a near perfect rating due to the quality of the items and the accuracy. Just wish I'd gotten a reply on that one inquiry, because now it feels like I'll never know the answer to my question.

I placed and order for a product that was off the shelf 4 weeks ago for my wife's birthday. The product was supposed to be in stock, and was indicated as such. But even now (after my wife's birthday has passed) I've not heard back from my 5 attempts to contact them. They have since shut down customer comments on their Facebook page and have disabled communication through Messenger. I have now requested a refund and demanded that they do not charge the 20% restocking fee as it wasn't in stock to begin with, and they have ignored that too.
Buyer beware! They steal! They ignore! Use Saberforge because they have better hilts anyhow and can actually get product out to you in their estimated time.
While the design and finished look of the product was great I wasn't happy with the wait as it took over a month to finally get it. When I placed the order there wasn't any notification on the site that shipping might take 3-4 weeks so I thought I would be receiving my item soon than when I got it. I would've liked to have been given notice sooner about the shipping issue than having to get customer support to look into the issue. Customer service was very nice and fast at getting back to me with the info though. Love the saber just didn't like the wait time

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
