The actual delivery timeline would have been more than fine had I received any updates about it during the two week long wait time between the order confirmation and its arrival.
I ordered a grab bag saber and was a tad disappointed that it ended up just being an initiate v1, mostly stock, as I own one already, and was excited to see literally anything else, but I suppose technically that is the nature of things like this.

I was simply swinging around when the round tip flew off. I had not hit it against anything prior to. Everything else worked fine, but arent these things supposed to be glued on? I have been looking for it ever since, but to no avail.
I picked the mystery box saber, and I wasn't expecting much considering the value would be at least what I paid. Though the saber I received initially surprised me (vented windows in the emitter was a great touch), I'm glad I got the upgraded blade because aesthetically, it's on the lower end of visual appeal to me. Again, it will be good for saber combat and training, so it's a good buy for less that $100.
Overall, I am satisfied with my order, and would definitely shop here again.
It is a gorgeous saber. I'm really happy with both it and the wait time I had, honestly. It was relatively short compared to what I was actually expecting based on all the poor reviews. The only issue I have is that there is a small wobble with the cross guard.
Website is easy to navigate and explanation on products and accessories is fairly good. Especially for someone like me who isn't completely familiar with these items in depth. Pricing is more reasonable then I was expecting. Very happy with overall experience and can't wait to cos play with this item for this first time!
Super long wait time, lots of parts weren't in stock so I had to change a bunch of things on my order. I was really excited for my tri led saber but that was out of stock too, they "upgraded" me to the premium sound board just to get batteries with no charger so I had to buy a charger separately
Shipping was delayed due to COVID, but still got my package within a month! Very satisfied & will definitely be shopping again!
I had emailed you with an update to change my order and got an automated response. I am happy with getting them but nothing of my update was considered. I recieved one of them damaged and emailed you about it I would like to talk to someone to rectify the issues. I love them but wand them fixed. With these things rectified I would be 100% satisfied.

Was great I didn't get the coolest looking saber but I at least got what I paid for so I'm happy overall great shipping time and packaged well.

In February 2020 I purchased 2 lightsabers on the basis of getting third free - it was an offer they were advertising. At the point of purchase they didn't mention the month plus delay in shipping. In fact they only posted them out to us after many emails asking what was going on. And of course when the package arrived, the third lightsaber was missing. What followed were many emails from us, most of which were either unanswered or poorly answered. They offered a discount on a future purchase, which was of course unacceptable. I took the matter up with paypal, but due to coronavirus it was not adequately resolved. I strongly urge you to avoid this company.
The products are great they work well but the shipping process is chaotic. No confirmation email about when the order ships. Hell I got over night shipping on one a month or two ago and it's still not here. Why call it overnight when it's been 2 months?!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
