Easy to navigate website
We ordered 3 ultra sabers in April 2020, one of them arrived mid-May. I sent numerous emails and received no response about the other 2. A few weeks later the 2nd saber arrived. After several more emails, Nichole finally responded, explained the situation and apologized about the 3rd one. The saber my son chose would not be available for many weeks but offered a substitution and upgrade along with the original choices for the saber. It arrived 3 days later and my son was thrilled! Thank you, Nichole!
Was very excited to get my new lightsabers. Love them but one has bulky on switch. Didn't realize it would be there I don't mind thou still happy with my sabers.
Ordered an awesome phantom initiate doublesaber, had to wait a while because of COVID, but it was totally worth it! Looks really cool in the dark and I can even practice my martial arts with them!
The quality is superb and they are exactly what we asked for. The whole family has a few sabers now and every night we go out and spar. Cant stop getting new combination. Thank you.

I found the website very easy to browse with many options to choose from and I thought the process went very smoothly. I'm very happy with the results of the product and will definitely choose this company again if I'm in the need to acquire another one.
I contacted Ultrasabers twice via phone and once by a email to change my order well before it was in production and shipped. No one ever replied and the order was never changed, however, the quality of the sabers I received from my original order was very good.
Wanted to change some things but never got a response besides that everything was smooth and easy.
For this item, everything was perfect. However I order sabers back in may and it is now June and still have not received them or heard anything

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
