All of the sabers were made well, all of them to order (minus random grab bag because random), took a little longer than I anticipated(out of their control. Regarding covid), and l look forward to using them, and perhaps purchasing more sabers, and parts down the line.
After a long Process time my order arrived with a broken LED and loose switch. Repeatedly attempted contacting multiple email addresses for Ultrasabers staff and have received no reply or acknowledgement whatsoever. I've been a customer of Ultrasabers for over 13 years and have never been more disappointed.

I love my saber. It was exactly how I imagined it and it's a great price for what you get. My main issue unfortunately was the shipping speed and the overall customer service. I ordered my saber April 16, and it did not arrive until June 8th. I expected it to take a bit of time, especially with COVID-19, however my boyfriend (who lives in the same house as me) ordered a saber on May 4th and it arrived on the 11th.
I did receive an email stating there were issues with the customer service emails around the end of June. Hopefully this issue has resolved itself because I would still like to purchase more from them, I'll just be prepared for a longer wait.
The saber that I got has had issues since the day of delivery. I noticed from the beginning that when you shake the saber hilt that there is something loose bouncing like crazy inside the saber hilt. Also approximately a week after saber use the blue light in it went out so now it only lights up during the flash on clash. So basically I just have a very broken over priced flash light with a blown bulb that flashes. I am so disappointed. Another issue is that this saber is not as loud as my obsidian lite soundboard I have on my original saber. The soundboard on this one is more expensive than he Obsidian lite. This is my second saber and so far it is by far the worst and most likely going to be the last. I demand a refund for this product!
There was an expected delay due to COVID, but they were very responsive to any inquiry I came to them with.

I need one of those tools to tighten the saber blade. Thats all, but I would work on shipping too.
Took a while to get my lightsaber. I waited until about almost a week after the max lead time, only for their emails to crash, so I reached out again. Took about a week and a half to finally receive my shipping information. It showed up quickly, and it looks great, but the processing time could use a little tweaking on the site.

Customer service was very difficult to get a hold of.
It took approximately a month longer than expected to receive the order. It also took weeks for anyone to respond to emails. I ordered the saber in mid-February, and the fulfillment time was 4 weeks. When I finally had someone reply to me, it was April. It was apparent at that time that they hadn't even begun fabrication - b/c they informed me that they were out of parts for what I ordered. He finally received it in mid-April, 4 weeks after his birthday.
I ordered my saber on May 4th and didn't receive it until June 9th. I understand that there were many things going on in the country around this time, but it shouldn't have taken over a month to ship the product.
Kind of expected a longer battery life and better color quality for the price, but otherwise I am very happy with my purchase!

No one would ever answer phone calls. Response to emails went unanswered for long time. Very delayed shipment, however continued emails of specials and sales. However, actual saber was just what we were hoping for.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
