Easy to shop and see what I needed to fix my lightsaber
I do not recommend this company at all they do not respond to emails and their phone number is just for show. My first saber showed up out the box the wrong color lucky it fixed itself because I still have not gotten a response. Then I made the mistake to buy a charger and four extra batteries but only received two batteries still no response. Sent emails to both emails provided on their phone message but no response. Buyers beware. Consider going to a galaxy far far away before buying from them.

The quality of the product is amazing. However, I experienced shipping issues with it and when I messaged customer service, I only received an automated email. If you expect to actually talk with someone... count that out.

I really like my saber and i plan to order another in the near future
I loved the sabers, however the tutorials seemed difficult on how to do something as simple as change my blade color and add a new sound with my diamond saber. I have a MacBook Pro and tried to follow the tutorials but I gave up due to it being complicated and not entirely matching up with what I was trying to accomplish. I didn't understand what to do or what I can do, even after attempting to try and understand the tutorials. I wish someone would help me understand the simple things my saber can do. Because of this it's just sitting as is as a display piece, rather than the interactive piece that I wanted it to be. I won another saber in the spring raffle which I did appreciate the speedy delivery of that with my original purchase of the manticore. That did impress me but because of the complications I have had with trying to work with the manticore i have not even tried to work with my other saber that I won in the spring raffle. I paid to upgrade that saber too. I would love it if somebody would give me a tutorial specific to what I want to do in with my computer since I have a MacBook Pro. A live support agent would be awesome to guide me through the process where I can ask questions for understanding. On the positive side I was very impressed on the make and sound quality of the sabers.
This was my first time ordering a saber, and it showed up defective. I then had to pay to ship it back for repairs, and I have now gotten it back, and it still doesn't work and it now makes a rattling noise. I have contacted customer support again, and have not heard back from them. I'm am very upset about this, and on the brink of asking for a full refund. I assure you I will never order anything from you again.
I placed two orders with ultrasabers.com. Th first came when expected according to the website. However the second order has not come yet and although I have emailed ultrasabaers.com multiple times regarding this order, I have yet to here back from them. The lack of communication has made me both anxious and upset as a paying customer.
Battery life on the rechargeable batteries were very short put new batteries in 1 of them and the Sound went way down color went from blue to teal on one of the sabers the 2nd saber Haven't put batteries in yet
Although it did take longer than usual for my order from april to appear, i am happy with the quality of the sabers and it makes up for the wait, i do understand the hardships in the process but they are excused.
I had to email over 8 times before I got a response back. I understand you guys had a crazy amount of orders, however waiting a month to receive an email back in unacceptable
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
