Let me say 1st that this company makes a fantastic product. But their service is absolutely terrible. They DO NOT generally make their specified 3-4 week lead time, they are very slow to communicate, if at all... I have purchased 6 sabers from them since February and I have had these issues with EVERY one of them. They have however attempted to compensate me for my trouble with 2 separate discounts. Each saber I have ordered has been a seperate order and its always late without fail. Im still waiting for the one I purchased on May 19th. My mystery saber came with the wrong LED despite paying extra for a specific color. One saber was out of stock and had to be substituted for another, but I wasn't notified of that until week 4 after the order... I gave them the benefit of the doubt each time a d have been disappointed every time.
Despite the products being excellent, I will not be ordering again.

The whole process only took a total of about 8 days. My saber got to me quickly and I was definitely satisfied. Will be buying again soon.
Very easy no issues
The lightsaber is great. The delivery was very late. I ordered a month before my son's birthday to ensure I got it on time but it came over 2 weeks after. He still loves it though so I can't complain. I just wish there would have been a better process on updated delivery times, as when I ordered, it said 3 to 4 weeks from order time, rather than the almost 7 it took. Light saber is high quality.

I ordered a saner for my son on may 9th and it has net cake we are in June they are fake and a scam and do not buy from them I am mad cause my sons mad and crying cause I told him i would get him one and it's not here wow
Love the sabers they are great quality and look amazing. The drawback is it took nearly twice as long to get them as quoted. As a result I didn't have them for my nephews bday as planned

Ordered The Fallen in Arctic Blue with V4 Sound,as a nice treat to myself. Also with that order, for my boss and her husband who will be 1st time parents two random sabers that happen to be their favorite colors: blue and green...
I was ok,with the wait time due to the world event and Ive been working myself during this time as well,and the folks of Ultrasabers.com,did send me a nice email letting me know what the hold up was...

Over all the design and the feel with it in hands (small hand) were on and was comfortable to move. Overall very great work of Craftmanship
Ultrasabers said they had a 3 to 4 week lead time. It was more like 7 weeks for the product. Once it shipped it got here fairly quick. I did contact customer service and received a response within a day. They had some trouble with an employee who deleted emails from their server. Over all good quality sabers!

I ordered knowing it was gonna take a while to ship but once it shipped it was about 2 days till I received my saber
I heard that us was amazing and was hoping I would have the same experience as some of my friends did but I was let down and it took almost two months for me to get my saber. It was very disheartening to have such a bad experience but I'm very satisfied with the result
