The item I ordered took a lot longer than the stated 3-4 weeks but given certain global circumstances, I can understand the lengthy wait. Unfortunately, customer service was basically non-existent and questions, emails, and calls went unanswered. Otherwise a great product

Very difficult to get in contact with. I sent about 5 separate emails still waiting on a response for 1+month. Love the product though, can't complain about that!
I ordered from Ultra Sabers on May 1st. According to their website it may take up to 15-20 business days for products to arrive. That is 100% fine and understandable. The entire world is facing a pandemic. I get that, I honestly and truly do. I would not wish for anyone to risk their health and well being for me, let alone for a product that is by no means necessary. I emailed them today and on June 10th regarding my issue. I don't think reaching out to your customers to explain what all is going on or when to expect an order is by any means an unreasonable ask of a company.
Ultra Sabers has a 20% restocking fee for cancelled. Again, I don't think this is necessarily unreasonable. But when you don't contact your clients to explain what is taking so long, or at least when I can expect my order, and take nearly double the MAXIMUM time it should take for an order to arrive that's downright theft.
If you ordered a $10 pizza on a Friday night and by Saturday morning you still haven't heard where your pizza went only to find the company will refund you $8 due to a pizza restocking fee you'd be understandably angry.
As far as I know they never intended to ship me my order and are stealing 20% of the cost from me while making zero attempt to follow through with their end of the bargain. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Dealing with the customer service was absolute GARBAGE. I would never order from them again and I advise you not to either. When they tell you that your order will be guaranteed to ship out within "3-4 weeks" what they don't tell you is that if a selected product on your custom saber is out of stock, they will continue to push the shipping date out without notifying you. I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied with their customer service, since they took upwards of 5+ business days to reply each time. STAY AWAY!

Still haven't heard back from customer support about the issues with my previous order.
The product itself was greater than expected. Although the fact that the hilt I had ordered was not being made kinda threw me off. Shipping was quick. Overall wait time was ridiculous at over 2 months.
I called multiple times and no answer. I sent 5 emails over 5 weeks and I didn't get a response until my 5th email. Once I was contacted, the rest of the process went smoothly. The product is nice.
Never got an email back. I messaged *******@ultrasabers at least 3-4 times and all I got was an automated response and nothing else. I emailed Brian(believe that's his name) and he got back to me in an instant(less than a day).
1st saber took bout month 2nd order strangely only took week n had my other 1st ordered empress 4 days later so was happy with manufacturering time love my customized dark dorinian warglaive sickest n most functional saber ive seen or handled it has emerald driver sound so its just bleeding dopeness and the Empress i like the high quality etchings and how both r usable weapons though mastery of each is its own task they R very beautiful obsidion enjoyable apmed up lil more on empress cuz of pommel style as claimed ultrasabers R definitely thee saber company 2 beat on our planet
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
