This was my very first saber from here and the whole experience was professional and pleasant
Me and my brother ordered lightsabers for a short film we're working on, he ordered from Saberforge, and I from Ultrasabers. He ordered way back in March when I ordered sometime in April, I believe. I got mine a couple weeks ago, and he's yet to have received his. I can't speak on the quality, as I haven't opened mine, and am waiting for him to receive his, but the delivery time was phenomenal in comparison to your competitors, so congrats on that!

The saber I ordered was incredible and very high quality! But I've had it for a couple months now, and it's stopped working. I emailed customer service, but I haven't gotten a response.

For one it is impossible to reach anyone for customer service and for 2 it was the wrong saber I received and wrong color with no sound
When product was ordered, delivery time was quoted at 3-4 weeks. Took nine to arrive. Emails sent after 5 weeks requesting updates were replied to with standard form-letter responses confirming that their expected shipping date had passed and that they would look into the matter. I understand these are difficult times for many small businesses, but not being forthcoming and communicative to customers will result in reviews such as this one.
The hilt itself is fine I suppose. I did switch the clothes so they pointed the other direction and it is now much improved. But even from basic setup I must say the electronics are just subpar. The LED module rattles, the battery is constantly come loose what's normal use, and run out very quickly. Customer service was nonexistent.
Ultrasabers has always come through in a timely manner with shipments. I am always amazed at the quality and craftsmanship they produce. I plan on acquiring more sabers through Ultrasabers.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
