Delivery was delayed due to COVID-19, but the customer service was great at keeping me informed and the sabers are amazing and GREAT quality!
I got what I ordered. Was a little disappointed, for other reasons, but I did ask a question about the order and never received a response.
Good product, not great service. I don't believe I've ever gotten a response from customer service inquiries, and updates on the order were nonexistent. It did arrive eventually, though, and I've had fun with it.

Very very noice lightsaber took like 2 months to come but awesome and this review requires 100 words minimum so i will keep on typing until the upcoming goal has arrived.
Received my ultrasaber and it had cosmetic damage I contacted the company numerous times via phone e-mail and even the company owner himself through Facebook to no avail no return response was ever given I spent a lot of money on this saber and received such poor quality and such horrible customer service all I wanted was replacement parts how can I get them if I can't get through to a company that seems to not care about its customers buyers be cautious when buying from this company

Completely ruined this experience as sabre itself is nicely weighted and has a good bright light, but these problems and additional costs make it not worth the money!

It was bad was not happy with the out outcome but happy that my ultrasaber did get to me

Got it and can't remove batteries and when you contact customer service by phone it tells you to use email. Takes a couple of weeks to get a response that didn't fix the issue

Love my blades
It was much faster than I had expected! I'm used to other saber companies taking months to ship their products, but ultrasabers had my order our within the month I ordered it!
I finally gave this as a gift to my nephew about a month ago. He turned it on and the sound effects were slow, possibly because the battery drained before he received it, even tho it had never been used. The box was also missing the tools to remove the blade. My nephew loves the idea of having a durable, personalized lightsaber, but he and I were disappointed that it didn't work as expected right out of the box.
I placed two orders the first was a 4-5 saber order on April 22,2020 and the other was a single saber order on April 23,2020. I received the second order with in a week and the other order I received 6/22/2020. I was very impressed with the second orders quality which was a diamond Azure Grand master Saber. The first order how ever is missing the mystery box saber hilt and the 2nd blade for my dual bladed saber. I received the Blade for the mystery box saber with the right length but wrong tip. No big deal there. I will be contacting the business to see about the missing hilt and blade, and have faith it will be corrected from what good reviews i have seen and videos that have mentioned problems similar.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
