Best lightsabers out there. Great detail.

Overall shopping experience was great, and they were as prompt as can be despite the pandemic. The product is slightly different from what I imagined but I love it.

Loved my saber, the only bad thing was the saber took a month and a half to get to me.

My experience here with Ultrasaber has been good. The web sight was easy to navigate and easy to order. It does take a while to get your saber from the time of order but I do understand why. It does take time to build a thing.

Took several months to receive items advertised as being In Stock. A big sale occurred right after I placed my order, but they would not adjust the pricing to align with their sale, even though it was still another 6+ weeks before they shipped my order.

Terrible customer service

I have been waiting for months now to receive my stuff which should have only taken no more than 6 weeks. I have called and emailed and no response! Bunch of scammers. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Works great! I was afraid the wiring was a little sensitive so I was afraid to swing it around too much. However, upon further inspection (and playing) I realized its good to go. Wondering if there's way to send it back for repairs if the wiring does get messed up?

Fast shipping and an amazing selection of lightsabers that are durable and well made. I will definitely be ordering more lightsabers in the future.

Took a long time but did arrive eventually. One of the blades is slightly bent but overall in good condition.

Pieces of my lightsaber broke off within a couple days, however the overall lightsaber remained intact and was ready for dueling!

I received it but did not have tracking to see when order when was coming.

The entire process from ordering to delivery was about 8 weeks, which is understandable given the current state of the world. I did reach out to costumer service for an update, their response was quick and brief which I can respect in a company. All in all, I am satisfied with my experience.

Great. It was fun to design my saber and the options were well described.

It was alright. I'm really happy with my saber. One thing I didn't like was how long it took for them to respond. They never responded to my emails. After May 25th I sent them one. Then they responded. I waited two months for it. But, overall it's a good company to buy sabers from.
