Loved my saber, the only bad thing was the saber took a month and a half to get to me.
My experience here with Ultrasaber has been good. The web sight was easy to navigate and easy to order. It does take a while to get your saber from the time of order but I do understand why. It does take time to build a thing.
Took several months to receive items advertised as being In Stock. A big sale occurred right after I placed my order, but they would not adjust the pricing to align with their sale, even though it was still another 6+ weeks before they shipped my order.

Terrible customer service
I have been waiting for months now to receive my stuff which should have only taken no more than 6 weeks. I have called and emailed and no response! Bunch of scammers. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
Works great! I was afraid the wiring was a little sensitive so I was afraid to swing it around too much. However, upon further inspection (and playing) I realized its good to go. Wondering if there's way to send it back for repairs if the wiring does get messed up?

The entire process from ordering to delivery was about 8 weeks, which is understandable given the current state of the world. I did reach out to costumer service for an update, their response was quick and brief which I can respect in a company. All in all, I am satisfied with my experience.

It was alright. I'm really happy with my saber. One thing I didn't like was how long it took for them to respond. They never responded to my emails. After May 25th I sent them one. Then they responded. I waited two months for it. But, overall it's a good company to buy sabers from.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
