My saber was exactly what I wanted, but obviously it took much longer than I was told to receive the saber. Corona definitely didn't help.

Overall a positive experience. Doesn't come with a manual or any literature to help figure out how to use anything. Wish there was more I that department.

I ordered 400$ saber. When I charged the batteries the very first time, they very first time. Also bought the charger through ultra sabers... the batteries were completely dead. I had to rebuy batteries, and I found some on eBay that arrived much quicker. To be honest when I buy my next saber I may try Vader's vault. The saber I received is great. Sending me dead batteries without offering a courtesy replacement, on a 400$ purchase is not poor customer service but not great either.
Saber is insane, just wish the cut-outs in the metal weren't so sharp. Overall amazing feel, very well balanced, and I will be purchasing from you again!

Great products, but their customer service is slow to respond, each message does not help much, and it takes weeks to get anywhere with help. The shipping is moving at a snails pace because they prioritize gaining more new customers instead of satisfying their current paying customers, even if you still haven't received your order 4 months after purchase.
I ordered my saber right before the 2020 pandemic. I went into expecting a longer-than-normal wait time. I think it came a week or two after the non-affected, normal weight time. I emailed customer service once to check on my status and never received a response. Turns out all of their emails were deleted. I sent another after finding out and received a response the next day. I went back and forth with this person and she kept me updated. I received my saber in the mail and I was dissatisfied with the condition it arrived in. It had what seemed like sticky residue all over the hilt, glue that was left and not cleaned away, and scratch marks all over the hilt. I emailed Ultrasabers with photos and they said they would get in touch with their shipping team. I have never heard back from them. Overall, I like the saber, but I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service.
I Was just fine with my order I do wish there was an email saying where your saber is in the cue when being customized. But other than that i'm happy with the overall saber.
They were very prompt and accurate on the speed and quality of the saber. I keep praising them to anyone that would like a custom saber.

After receiving it i was blown away by the craftsmanship. Especially the fact that is weighted to be perfectly balanced!

Only thing i would say needs improvement is i would love a comprehensive instruction booklet instead of having to navigate the site for any questions on usage.
I made two orders back to back, and my second order was processed and shipped before my first order. Then my first order was forgotten to be shipped, so I waited a whole extra month before I got my first order.
I think the estimated shipping had it arrive on May 5th or 6th. Something like that. But then it showed on May the Fourth be with you. That was perfect timing, and the lightsabers are incredible. Very impressed.

This is my first order which was three sabers (2 custom and a grab bag). The lead time on these is 3-4 weeks for fabrication. My processing/fabrication time was about twice this long. Which would be fine if this was communicated to me instead of me having to contact customer service 7 weeks after placing the order, just to get a more realistic timeline. That being said, when the sabers arrived - they are fantastic. The blade colors are bright and beautiful (I was afraid ordering a yellow blade, it would not give off the color well - WRONG! It's definitely yellow, very true to color). I asked that my grab bag have a purple blade, and they chose an awesome hilt to go with it, very complimentary to the color. The details/etching on the hilts are super cool. So, I couldn't be happier with the products. In fact, I have my next two sabers picked out - I'm just going to hold off on ordering them until I return from vacation because they SHOULD come WAY sooner than that, but if the lead time is similar to what happened this time - they will definitely arrive while I'm away and just sit on my doorstep.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
