I ordered 2 light sabers in separate orders. I ordered a manticore and a consular at the same time both Came in about 4 weeks and came together on the same day and the products are awesome and I'm havng a great time with them. Build quite is good quality and ive had no problems! Excited to order more
Wish i would've gotten something with sound
We ordered an ultrasaber on May 16th, my son had been saving for months. We expected a delay due to the pandemic but not a month delay. We weren't given a tracking number and when we use all of the recommended methods to contact them, they do not respond. Our son is very disappointed!
The saber is amazing and it looks awesome. Shipping took awhile but I expected it

First saber was reused i paid 303$ for some return when i orderd a new custom saber. Your mystery box sabers are cheaply made and break easily. -1 start out of 5.
I have had wonderful experiences with Ultrasabers. Yes, it can take some time to receive your order, yes it can take some time to receive a response to emails. That is the price of this kind of business. A special toy application is not a large corporate operation and it takes dedicated people and only a few to function but that can cause priorities to shift in product production and not on emails. I enjoy my sabers and will order more soon!
Over all, my experience with Ultrasabers purchases and customer service has been great.
Its fantastic. However I recently placed and order the 13th and have had no customer service replies despite multiple attempts. That being said the product is well worth it.

This is such a fun saber however, you guys really need to step up your customer service game, I called at least 10 times and no one picked up. I emailed countless times and it took you 2 weeks to respond and I ordered another about 4 or 5 weeks ago that i was trying to get for my dad for fathers day but still isn't here! Step up your game
If you ask me solely about the product, I would rate this 5 stars, but a company must understand that customer service matters. I ordered three mystery boxes on April 26 which I received May 11. I wasn't upset about the time I waited. I thought it was reasonable considering the circumstances. My order was incomplete. I contacted the same day only to get their automated response that costumer services is delayed because of covid, etc. It instructed me to email info@ which I did. I did not get a response. I tried again June 4. No response. I messaged them on Facebook on June 14. I was told on June 15 that my request was sent to customer service. I have not received a response. Monday June 22, I messaged them again on Facebook. That afternoon someone asked me for my contact order, and I provided a screenshot of my order. That message is still UNSEEN to this day June 25. I feel that maybe they do not value me as a customer because I am not talking about purchasing a $1k saber. Appartently this is is the type of company that as long as cash keeps coming in, they do not care about a few upset customers. Order #*******.
The bad: it took 8 weeks to receive my saber which is somewhat understandable in this pandemic but still seemed way longer than expected.
The good: Customer Service was responsive to me and expedited my order once they became aware of the issue; the quality of the saber is amazing; the packaging was well thought out and protective.
I will buy from them again knowing that it takes longer than claimed to produce the item. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I bough a lightsaber and a hilt adapter so that i could make it into a double bladed lightsaber but what i did not know was that the hilt size was diffrent and i was not warned that this would happen because I didn't buy an older lightsabee. But overall i like the lightsaber.
The order was placed in April 2020, and it took me using drastic measures for your company to finally get in touch with me. But, when you were aware of the situation you worked quickly to correct the situation. This is the reason I gave you five stars. As you can tell we are and will be placing large orders with you for our demo team. I hope on all orders you will be attentive. Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
