To all the people who complain, there is something big going on right now, they even specify the wait times! Ultrasabers is an awesome company! I get so excited watching other Youtubers making videos on them I have ordered from them about 2 or 3 times and love their sabers!

I got my first lightsaber in a realistic amount of time, but My mom has ordered three new lightsabers over a month ago and they have not been shipped and when my mom called they did not answer, and when she emailed them they have not responded

I initially ordered the Fallen saber the black hilt and I waited more than 4 weeks just to get an email saying it's not available so they said I could wait another 4-5 weeks for the one I want or get the same saber just a different hilt color nonetheless amazing saber
One of the sabers were missing the covertec wheel. The hole was there for it but they forgot it. Sent an email and never got a response. Would love to buy again but won't because of this. Also the color of the same saber changed from yellow to an orange after a couple days. Overall not worth money at this point

I did not hear back on multiple preorder questions. However some issues were resolved on website resulting in option I asked about becoming available. I was able to order what I desired, configured how I wished. My order arrived as ordered (minus allen wrench) in very good time. I like the product although the sleeve over hilt is loose and rattles. The sound card and ability to configure sound and lights is really great and fun to play with. Very happy I went Diamond!
Communication was nowhere to be found after order was placed. When called to follow up on order after a month of silence, nobody there to answer the call. When emailed to find out, nobody there to reply besides an automated outdated email reply. Basically non existence. Waited 7 weeks to finally receive my order without any communication whatsoever... but took only half a second to pull the money out of my account once order was submitted. SMH
From Mystery Box's to custom sabers to their amazing delivery time is still faster than anyone reputable at this time during this crisis. I have yet to buy anything other than 2 $75 dollar sabers, which are the exterior sabers and 1 $200 sound Saber. I friggin love em all. They are sturdy, beautiful, and fun as hell. They have reached out several times via email to ensure my satisfaction, so communication was good for me. If you are looking for your first saber, or just want an affordable saber then shop UltraSabers, cause they rock.
