I was happy when I got the saber, but the customer service was not good. I emailed about a couple things and I didn't even get a response at all.
The processing time of my order was quite long but I enjoy the product when it eventually got here. The handle is kinda hard to grip though and if you're swinging hard or fast your hand slips to the bottom of the hilt. The diamond controller also doesn't work with windows 10 so you have to have a computer that's slightly older. Other than those 2 things I loved everything about what I got!

I have never had any issues with Ultrasabers.com. My most recent purchase was in February (before the pandemic). It was packaged well & arrived approx. 8-10 days after the order was placed. I'm currently saving up for my wife saber.

I had to wait a little while but was so worth it I have a real(istic) saber am so happy with the finish to, changing sound fonts and the way the saber behaves so awsome I will be saving up for the aeon v5 diamond and thanks to all at ultra sabers the only gripe was I paid for the pointed tip blade and got a round one
The lightsabers are amazing, but one dame without something and I still haven't got a response. Overall amazing service
One lightsaber had some physical damage on the outside with a couple chunks of the handle missing off of it. The same lightsaber also had an issue when we took out the blade and replaced it with the cap. The cap would not come back out and we had to spend nearly 30 minutes trying to remove it.
Very well made saber. Good universal design which makes them easy to customize and they offer every level from bare parts to highly outfitted saber with programming capability. I now have two different models and they have held up well. They Do take some time to get the saber made and delivered and this is noted on the website so order well in advance of when you need it. Be sure to double check set screws on the blade and other fittings when you receive it as it can come loose in shipping and blade fall out when swinging it for the first time.
Overall a very good value for the cost.
I ordered two lightsabers. One came in a week, the other has not shown up. Great sabers though
